Abstract: Vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound were used to detect the thickness of scar in patients with scar pregnancy, and the correlation between the results of two ultrasound methods and 101 the actual thickness of the patients was analyzed. A total of 424 patients with scar uterine pregnancy after cesarean section were enrolled in this study. The correlation between vaginal and abdominal ultrasound findings and surgical observations was analyzed. The examination found that the vaginal ultrasound detection rate and the correlation coefficient of the surgical data were significantly better than abdominal ultrasound, which proved that the correlation between vaginal ultrasound and surgical observation was stronger, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the thickness of the scar detected by vaginal ultrasound was more consistent with the surgical observation, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. It is proved that results of the vaginal ultrasound are more consistent with the surgical observation results, which can accurately show the presence or absence of scars in the lower anterior wall of the patient's uterus and improve the diagnosis rate.
