摘要: 肝脏影像报告和数据系统(LI-RADS)为影像诊断和术后评估提供了规范化的依据,运用影像表现特征,对高危人群的肝局灶病灶和术后细胞存活情况进行分类、评估。LI-RADS分类系统主要征象包括动脉期高强化、大小、包膜表现、廓清表现、超阈值生长,并对HCC诊断具有高度的特异性,明确存在的主要征象视为有、不明确时视为无。该系统无偿提供了一些有助于影像科医生工作的在线资源,其中有图表、专业术语、成像技术、影像报告指南以及模板等。本文介绍了LI-RADS的实际运用情况。

Abstract: Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System (LI-RADS) provides a standardized basis for image diagnosis and post-operative evaluation, and classifies and evaluates liver lesions and cell survival in high-risk population with image features. The main signs of LI-RADS classification system include arterial phase enhancement, size, capsular appearance, clearance performance, and 116 over-threshold growth. LI-RADS classification system has high specificity for HCC diagnosis. LI-RADS provides some online resources, including charts, terminology, imaging technology, image reporting guidelines and templates, which are helpful to the work of image surgeons.
