超声3D打印技术在先天性心脏病中的应用

摘要: 3D打印是以影像学为基础发展起来的技术,计算机断层扫描和磁共振成像已经被确立为创建3D模型的数据源成像工具,近年来,经胸及经食道三维超声心动图可以实时获取心脏三维数据信息,亦成为获得3D打印模型的数据源,应用领域不断扩大。基于三维超声心动图数据源的3D打印技术在先天性心脏病(CHD)诊断与治疗中的应用日益广泛,本文就其在CHD中的临床应用及进展作一综述。

Abstract: 3D printing is a technology developed on the basis of imaging science. CT and MRI have been established as data source imaging tools to create 3D models. In recent years, transthoracic and transesophageal three-dimensional echocardiography can obtain real-time three-dimensional data information of the heart and become the data source to obtain 3D printing models, and the application field is expanding. 3D printing technology based on 3D echocardiography data source has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of CHD. This paper reviews the clinical application and advance of 3D printing technology in CHD.
