Abstract: In this paper, we used SPECT/CT to analyze the severity degree of liver fibrosis. 124 patients were divided into fibrosis group and non-fibrosis group according to the pathological results, and classified the degree of fibrosis. The SPECT/CT quantitative analysis indexes of patients with different degrees of liver fibrosis were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the level of platelet count, LHL15 and SUVmean of liver fibrosis patients are significantly lower than those of non-fibrosis patients, which are protective factors to liver fibrosis. The level of prothrombin activity of fibrosis group is significantly higher than the non-fibrosis group, which is an independent risk factor. The AUC of SUVmean on liver fibrosis is significantly higher than other indicators (P<0.05), and the best cut-off point is ≤ 6.48. The level of LHL15 and SUVmean in patients with S0-S1 grade liver fibrosis are significantly higher than that in patients with S2-S4 grade liver fibrosis, while the Child-Pugh score was lower than that of patients with S2-S4 grade (P<0.05). The level of SUVmean had a significantly negative correlation with the degree of liver fibrosis (ρ=-0.873, P=0.000). The results of this experiment showed that the level of SUVmean can evaluate the severity of liver fibrosis.
