心率波动与头颈心血管CTA一站扫描患者图像质量、辐射剂量的关联性分析

摘要: 选取在我院行头颈心血管CT成像(CTA)一站扫描的患者708例,探讨心率波动与CTA一站扫描患者图像质量、辐射剂量的关联性及最佳心率范围。结果发现,心率与主观评分呈正相关(P<0.05);在A组至B组的心率范围内,ED、CTDIvol呈增加趋势,B组~F组呈降低趋势,自B组心率范围起,心率与ED呈负相关(P<0.05);根据D组心率范围绘制预测头颈心血管CTA一站扫描图像质量优的ROC曲线,得到AUC值为0.746。头颈心血管CTA一站扫描图像质量、辐射剂量在心率86~95次/min范围时可获得最佳结合点。临床可通过早期检测心率预测图像质量,同时,可针对性完善干预策略以确保获得最优图像。

Abstract: A total of 708 patients who underwent head and neck cardiovascular CTA one-stop scan were selected in our hospital. The relationship between heart rate fluctuations and the image quality, radiation dose and the optimal heart rate range of the patients in one-stop scan of the head and neck cardiovascular CT angiography (CTA) was discussed. It was found that the heart rate was positively correlated with a subjective score (P<0.05). Within the heart rate range of groups A to B, ED and CTDIvol showed an increasing trend, group B to group F showed a decreasing trend. From the heart rate range of group B, heart rate and ED were negatively correlated (P<0.05). According to the heart rate range of group D, the ROC curve was drawn to predict the excellent image quality of the head and neck cardiovascular CTA one-stop scan, and the AUC value was 0.746.The image quality and radiation dose of the head and neck cardiovascular CTA one-stop scan can get the best combination point when the heart rate is in the range of 86-95 beats/min. The clinic can predict the image quality through early detection of heart rate and improve the intervention strategy to ensure the best image.
