乳腺钼靶、超声造影检查鉴别诊断乳腺非肿块样强化病变的良恶性质的对比分析

摘要: 本次研究的目的是探讨乳腺钼靶、超声造影检查在乳腺非肿块样强化病变(NMLE)诊断中的价值。选取NMLE患者110例接受乳腺钼靶、超声造影检查,并与病理结果进行比较。研究结果显示:经病理确诊恶性病变87例,良性病变23例;恶性病变钼靶表现钙化、结构不对称或紊乱、不规则高密度的比例明显高于良性病变(P<0.05);恶性和良性病变超声造影表现有明显差异(P<0.05);超声造影诊断良恶性病变的灵敏性、准确率和阴性预测值明显高于钼靶检查(P<0.05)。结果证实:相比较乳腺钼靶,超声造影在鉴别NMLE良恶性病变中的价值较高,值得临床使用。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the value of mammography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast non-mass-like lesions (NMLE). A total of 110 cases of NMLE were selected for mammography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, and were compared with pathological results. The results show that 87 cases of malignant lesions and 23 cases of benign lesions were confirmed by pathology. The mammography of malignant lesions showed the proportion of calcification, asymmetry or disorder, irregular high density were significantly higher than that in benign lesions (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the contrast-enhanced manifestations of malignant and benign lesions (P<0.05). The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions were significantly higher than those of mammography (P<0.05). The results showed that compare with mammography, contrast-enhanced ultrasonography has a higher value in differentiating benign and malignant lesions of NMLE, which is worth clinical use.
