Abstract: This paper discussed the change and significance of endometrial ultrasound multimodal score in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). 134 cases of RSA patients diagnosed were selected as the RSA group, and 130 women of similar age with a history of childbirth but no history of spontaneous abortion were selected as the control group; the general clinical data, reproductive hormone levels, and endometrium of the two groups were compared Ultrasound multimodal score, and analyze the relationship between endometrial ultrasound multimodal score and RSA. After testing, the uterine artery pulsatility index, resistance index and end-systolic peak/end-diastolic peak values of the RSA group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were all computationally significant (P<0.05). The endometrial ultrasound multimodal score in the RSA group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were all computationally significant (P<0.05). The results of drawing the ROC curve showed that the AUC value of the area under the ROC curve for predicting the occurrence of RSA by the multimodal endometrial ultrasound score was 0.849, the sensitivity was 89.31%, and the specificity was 76.44%. Endometrial ultrasound multimodal score has a high evaluation effect on the endometrial receptivity of patients with RSA, and can be used as a clinical monitoring index to predict the occurrence of RSA.
