Abstract: This article aimed to explore the influence of the changes in skeletal muscle and serum free amino acid content on aerobics sports injuries based on CT images. 20 sports-injured athletes (experimental group) and 20 healthy aerobics athletes (control group) were selected, and their ankle joint injuries were analyzed by CT scan. The skeletal muscle index (SMI), serum albumin and free amino acid content, and the ratio of branched chain amino acids to tyrosine (BTR) of the subjects were measured. The results showed: (1) The CT images of the athletes in the experimental group showed bone abnormalities, ligament and tendon injuries, among which cartilage osteophytes accounted for 55.96% and triangular bone injuries accounted for 29.36%. (2) Compared with the control group, the athletes in the experimental group showed higher SMI (P<0.05), and the serum albumin content and BTR were lower (P<0.05). (3) Regression analysis showed that serum albumin content was negatively correlated with BTR and SMI (P<0.05). In short, the increase in skeletal muscle mass could accelerate the imbalance of amino acid circulation, and serum BTR may be a marker of the high metabolic state of aerobics athletes with sports injuries.
