血管腔内药物球囊治疗下肢ASO的效果及对患肢超声参数的影响

The Effect of Intravascular Drug Balloon in the Treatment of Lower Extremity ASO and Its Influence on the Ultrasound Parameters of the Affected Extremity

摘要: 本文研究目的是探讨下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症(ASO)血管腔内药物球囊治疗效果及对患肢超声参数的影响。选取120例下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症患者分为观察组(n=58)和对照组(n=62),观察组给予腔内药物球囊治疗,对照组给予普通球囊治疗,观察两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素16(IL-16)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分等。观察组术后24h时CRP、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、IL-6和内皮素-1(ET-1)明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而一氧化氮(NO)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后12个月踝肱指数(ABI)、患肢超声参数、SF-36量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血管再狭窄率和靶血管的晚期管腔丢失(LLL)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。血管腔内药物球囊治疗下肢ASO有较好的效果,改善患者患肢功能及生活质量,减轻患者炎症反应。

Abstract: The aim of the study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusive disease (ASO) and its effect on the ultrasonographic parameters of the affected limb. A total of 120 lower limb ASO patients were divided into an observation group (n=58) and a control group (n=62). The observation group was treated with intracavitary drug balloon and the control group was treated with ordinary balloon, the levels of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-16 (IL-16) and SF-36 and so on were observed. At 24 hours after operation, CRP, High sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), IL-6 and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while nitric oxide (NO) was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of ankle brachial index (ABI), ultrasonic parameters of affected limband SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 12 months after operation (P<0.05). The restenosis rate and late lumen loss (LLL) of target vessels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Endovascular drug balloon has a good effect in the treatment of lower extremity ASO, improves affected limb function and the quality of life, reduces the inflammatory reaction of patients.
