摘要: 分子成像是生物医学领域近来出现并迅速发展的一项新技术,能够用于显示和测定活体内生物过程在细胞和分子水平上的特征,可为深入揭示生理和病理过程的机制,以及对疾病及其治疗进行实时动态、细致、无创、靶向性的探测和跟踪提供有效手段。预计未来分子成像技术的迅速发展将带来临床医疗的重大变革,本文重点就分子成像技术在医学领域的应用进行综述。

Abstract: Molecular imaging is an emerging technology in biomedicine recently. Through the visual representation,characterization and quantificacation of biological processes at the cellular and molecular levels within intact living organisms. Molecularing imaging provides effective methods to deeply unravel the mechanism of physiological and pathological processes, detect and monitor diseases and their treatments in real-time. dynamic, subtle, non-invasive, targeting way. Promisingly, it can be predicted that the rapid development of molecular imaging can lead to great changes of clinical medicine in the near future. In this review, molecular imaging was discussed.
