罗丹明6G螺环酰肼荧光快速检测谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸

Rapid Fluorescence Detection of Glutamic Acid and Aspartic Acid by Spirocyclic Rhodamine 6G Hydrazide

摘要: 以罗丹明6G螺环酰肼为荧光探针,在水溶液中可选择性检测谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸。在500 nm波长激发下,1 min内两种样品溶液即发出550 nm绿光,检测限分别可达7×10-8 mol/L和1.4×10-7 mol/L。此外本文还分析了罗丹明6G螺环酰肼能够选择性和高灵敏度快速荧光检测谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸的机理。

Abstract: A spirocyclic rhodamine 6G hydrazide was used as fluorescence probe to detect glutamic acid and aspartic acid in aqueous solution. Both sample solution emitted 550 nm green light in 1 minute (the excitation wavelength is 500 nm).The detection limit can be as low as 7×10-8 mol/L and 1.4×10-7 mol/L respectively. Finally, the mechanism of selective and rapid fluorescence detection for glutamic acid and aspartic acid was analyzed.
