摘要: 透明导电膜广泛应用于光电器件中,其性能影响着器件的整体性能。近年来,研究者们开发了许多基于纳米材料的透明导电膜,其中银纳米线透明导电膜整体性能优异,有可能取代目前应用最多的ITO导电膜。本文通过分析近年来国内外针对银纳米线透明导电膜开展的研究工作,总结了提高银纳米线透明导电膜综合性能的方法,并综述了其在触控显示、太阳能电池、有机发光二极管中的应用。
