光强测试系统及其不确定度分析

摘要: A型卧式分布光度计能够对LED机场助航灯具的光强空间分布及总光通量进行自动化测试。本文针对一款LED机场快速出口滑行道指示灯,通过数值分析方法分析灯具分别沿水平方向和竖直方向转动不同角度后,其中心主光束平均光强与真值间的差异,得到A型卧式分布光度计测试系统的测量不确定度,从而进一步确定灯具位置的扩展不确定度。结果表明,A型卧式分布光度计的灯具安放位置在水平方向扩展不确定度小于竖直方向的扩展不确定度。当要求灯具位置不准确引起的中心主光束平均光强相对误差绝对值小于2%时,灯具位置在水平方向扩展不确定度为-0.3°~0.3°,在竖直方向的扩展不确定度是-0.4°~1°。

Abstract: The spatial light intensity distribution and the total luminous flux of a LED airfield lighting lamp can be acquired by a Type-A goniophotometer. The uncertainty of measurement and the expanded uncertainty can be acquired through comparing the average light intensity of central beam and the true value. The average light intensity of central beam is acquired by moving the lamp along the horizontal direction and vertical direction, respectively. Results show that the expanded uncertainty of install location in the horizontal direction is less than that in the vertical direction. If the absolute value of relative error of average light intensity in central beam is asked to less than 2%, the expanded uncertainty in horizontal direction should be -0.3°~0.3°, and in vertical direction should be -0.4°~1°.
