摘要: 本文以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、ε-己内酯及异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯为原料制备了己内酯改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)表征了产物结构。探究了ε-己内酯链段含量对改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂黏度的影响,并进一步对比研究了其电子束(EB)固化膜和紫外光(UV)固化膜的热机械性能、拉伸性能和涂层基本性能的差异。

Abstract: In this paper, ε-caprolactone modified polyurethane acrylate was prepared by using hydroxyethyl methacrylate, ε-caprolactone and isophorone diisocyanate as raw materials. The structure of product was characterized and confirmed through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1HNMR). The effect of ε-caprolactone segment on the viscosity of modified urethane acrylate resin was investigated. The basic properties, thermomechanical properties and tensile properties of UV cured films and EB cured films were further evaluated.
