改性直接灰D金属螯合物偏光膜的制备及其偏光性质研究

The Preparation and Polarizing Property Studying in Modified Direct Gray D-Cu2+ Metal Complexes

摘要: 以直接灰D为原料,通过重氮化和偶合反应得到三偶氮染料HDP-Z,再与Cu2+配合得到新化合物HDP,并将新化合物对聚乙烯醇染色,测试其在近紫外区、可见光区的偏光性质.结果表明,引入邻菲罗啉的HDP和HDP-Z膜在450—700 nm范围的偏光度>60%,使偏光范围增大了约50 nm,引入Cu2+的改性直接灰D掺杂的聚乙烯醇偏光膜最大偏光度提高了约5%,且在近紫外区具有一定的偏光性.

Abstract: The new compounds HDP were obtained by chemical reaction and then eomplexed with Cu2+. The intermediate HDP-Z was synthesized by diazotization and coupling reaction with direct gray D as raw material. And colorful polarizing films were obtained by extension, racking and desiccation of PVA film after dyed by HDP and HDP-Z. The polarizing property in near ultraviolet region and visible spectra were measured with UV spectrophotometer.The results showed that the polarizing property of the colorful polarizing films with HDP and HDP-Z was improved about 50 nm in degree of polarizing >60% ranged 450—700 nm; the polarizing property of the colorful polarizing films with Cu2+ increased about 5%, and had polarizing in near ultraviolet region.
