铜分子催化剂用于光电化学水氧化

Molecular Copper Catalyst Applied in Photoelectrochemical Device for Water Oxidation

摘要: 本文将光敏剂[Ru (bpy)2(H2dcbpy)](PF62和催化剂Cu (F3TPA)(ClO42负载到TiO2/FTO电极上,成功构筑了光电化学水氧化器件。催化剂和光敏剂的负载量分别为5.56×10-8 mol·cm-2和8.3×10-8 mol·cm-2时,施加0.2 V vs NHE的外电压,其在硼酸缓冲溶液中的光电流密度可达20 μA/cm2,连续光照300 s,仍可保持很好的活性,稳定性较好。

Abstract: Here, we presented a photoelectrochemical device for water oxidation based on a photosensitizer[Ru(bpy)2(H2dcbpy)](PF6)2 (bpy=2,2'-bipyridine; H2dcbpy=2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid) and a molecular catalyst Cu(F3TPA)(ClO4)2[F3TPA=tris((6-fluoropyridin-2-yl)methyl)amine].8.3×10-8 mol·cm-2 and 5.56×10-8 mol·cm-2 photosensitizer and catalyst were located on TiO2/FTO electrode respectively. A photocurrent density 20 μA/cm2 was obtained when a 0.2 V vs NHE external bias was applied. Continuous light-irradiation with LED for 300 s, the catalytic activity and stability can be well maintained.
