摘要: 单组分可见光引发剂是光固化材料研发中的重要内容。本文设计并合成了一种新型的单组分可见光引发剂——2-硫杂蒽酮乙酸四苯基磷酸盐(TXP),该引发剂以硫杂蒽酮为生色团,通过光致脱羧反应产生活性自由基,进而引发聚合反应。利用核磁和高分辨率质谱对TXP的结构进行了表征;通过光解及电子自旋共振捕获等方法研究了其光致脱羧反应。光聚合动力学研究表明:在可见光源照射下,这种单组分光引发剂能高效引发巯基-烯类单体的聚合反应,具有一定的应用的前景。

Abstract: One-component visible-light photoinitiators receive more attention recently. A novel photoinitiator-tetraphenylphosphonium 2-(9-oxo-9H-thioxanthen-2-yl)acetate(TXP) was synthesized and contained thioxanthone as the chromophore, which generate radicals via photodecarboxylation reaction. The structure was characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR and HR-MS. The study on photolysis confirmed the photoinduced decarboxylation mechanism. The novel photoinitiator showed high activity in initiating thiol-ene click polymerization under visible-light LED sources, which makes the photoinitiator promising candidates for one-component visible-light photoinitiator.
