大螺距低剂量肺部CT技术在COPD患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Big-pitch Low-dose Pulmonary CT in COPD Patients

摘要: 选择2014年1月~2018年12月本院呼吸内科住院部收治的拟实施肺部CT扫描的270例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者作为研究对象,根据不同螺距和辐射剂量,将患者分为大螺距低剂量组、小螺距低剂量组和大螺距常规剂量组,探讨大螺距低剂量肺部CT技术在COPD患者中的应用价值。结果显示,大螺距低剂量组肺实质CT均值标准差和伪影发生率比小螺距低剂量组明显降低,而SNR、CNR和图像质量评分较之明显增高(P<0.05)。大螺距低剂量组扫描时间明显短于另两组(P<0.05),CTDIvol、DLP和ED明显低于大螺距常规剂量组(P<0.05)。大螺距低剂量肺部CT技术在COPD患者中的应用价值满意,可明显提高图像质量和降低辐射剂量。

Abstract: The 270 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who were admitted to respiratory medicine department of our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to different pitch and radiation dose, patients were divided into big-pitch low-dose group, small-pitch low-dose group and big-pitch conventional-dose group.To investigate the application value of big-pitch and low-dose pulmonary CT in patients with COPD. The results showed,lung parenchyma CT average deviation density values and artifacts of big-pitch low-dose group were decreased obviously while compared with small-pitch low-dose group, SNR, CNR and image quality were increased significantly while compared with small-pitch low-dose group (P<0.05).The scanning time of big-pitch low-dose group was significantly shorter than the other groups (P<0.05).CTDIvol, DLP and ED of big-pitch low-dose group were significantly lower than big-pitch conventional-dose group (P<0.05). Thus,the application value of big-pitch low-dose pulmonary CT in COPD patients is satisfying, which can significantly improve the image quality and reduce the radiation dose.
