Super-Low Temperature UV Polymerization of TEGDMA

摘要: 利用近红外技术(NIR)研究三缩乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯在不同温度下紫外光聚合动力学过程.结果表明,聚合温度越低,转化率越低,但暗反应过程显著.同时,不同温度下光固化产物的DMTA测试表明,20、0、-20和-40℃时光固化高分子膜的DMTA变化曲线近乎一致,而温度下降到-60℃、-75℃,lgE′和Tg急剧下降;不同温度下固化高分子的α松弛峰均很宽,说明树脂内部交联程度不均匀.

Abstract: TEGDMA was polymerized by UV radiation at different temperatures; polymerization conversion and dark reaction process were investigated by NIR spectroscopy. Results indicated that, when the polymerization temperature is lower, the conversion is lower but the dark reaction process is more distinct. DMTA results showed that, DMTA curves of samples polymerized at 20, 0,(-20,) and -40 ℃ are similar, however, lgE′ and Tg decrease with the continuous descent of temperature. The results also indicated that all α relaxed peaks are wide, which illuminates that the degree of crosslink are uniform in all films polymerized at different temperatures.
