Abstract: The dual-modality imaging technology based on magnetic resonance and fluorescence imaging not only overcomes the inherent defects of traditional single-molecular imaging technology in terms of sensitivity, specificity and resolution, but also broadens the research scope and application prospects of molecular imaging technology in the fields of diagnosis and treatment monitoring. In this paper, the application and research progress of magnetic resonance/fluorescence bimodal molecular probes are reviewed.
