Abstract: With fluorescein isothiocyanate labeled bovine serum albumin(FITC-BSA) as a model drug, the concentration of FITC-BSA in rat plasma was assayed after tail vein injection by utilizing synchronous fluorescence spectrometry. The impacts of sample pretreatment, measurement parameters were investigated.A simple and effective determination method for exogenous protein in vivo was established by utilizing synchronous spectrometry, whose results match with results by standard enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) very well.
