Abstract:

Printed electronics creates electronic components and electronic circuit by printing functional inks on organic or inorganic substrates. Ink preparation and subsequent filming technologies are two determinative factors of printed electronics. The progress in the preparation and patterning of metal-based inks was reviewed. The challenges and opportunities in the development of printed electronics were discussed, as expected, the rational combination of the preparation of nanometal inks and printing technology would be a direction.
