Abstract: The cardiac effect of C70 fullerenol nanoparticles (C70-OH NPs) was studied in mice. After treated with the C70-OH fullerene of normal therapeutic dose, behavioral observation, cardiac coefficient, blood biochemical changes, pathological changes and tissue transmission of mice were detected. The results showed that the commonly used small molecule vascular blocker combretastatin disodium phosphate (CA4P) significantly damaged the myocardium, while C70-OH did not show significant cardiotoxicity.
