Abstract: To investigate the diagnostic value of 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram for myocardial ischemic attack in patients with coronary heart disease, 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to cardiology inpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected. All patients were underwent routine electrocardiogram, 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram 52 and coronary angiography. The diagnostic value of different examinations for myocardial ischemic attack in patients with coronary heart disease were analyzed. The positive rate of myocardial ischemia attack in patients with coronary heart disease by 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram was much higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram. And the positive rate of myocardial ischemia attack in lateral wall, inferior wall by 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram was much higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram. And the frequency of myocardial ischemia attack in patients found by 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram was more than that of conventional electrocardiogram, P<0.05. Both methods showed that myocardial ischemic attack in patients with multi-vessel coronary artery disease was significantly higher than that in single-vessel coronary artery disease, P<0.05. The diagnostic sensitivity, negative predictive value and accuracy of 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram for myocardial ischemic attack of coronary heart disease were significantly higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram, P<0.05. In conclusion, 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram is beneficial to improve the positive rate of myocardial ischemic attack in patients with coronary heart disease, improve the diagnostic efficiency, and clarify the frequency and the lesion site of myocardial ischemic attack, which is the worthy of clinical application.
