Abstract: In this paper, a multi-component mixed perovskite light-absorbing layer coating solution was designed, and a perovskite solar cell device was assembled by a two-step method. Due to the two-step preparation of the perovskite solar cell, there were problems of complicated formula and various process flow, which affected the further improvement of the cell device performance. Therefore, the orthogonal experimental method was adopted in this paper to screen out the key factors affecting the performance of the cell devices. A series of experiments were designed for the key factors. The photoelectric properties of the perovskite solar cell devices were tested by observing the morphology of the perovskite film. The properties of the perovskite film were studied by various characterization methods, and the key factors were determined. Finally, the optimal formula of the light-absorption layer of the perovskite solar cell was selected, and a high quality perovskite film was obtained, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cell reached 21.1%.
