Abstract: It was investigated in this study that the changes of hemodynamic Doppler parameters of umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery in high-risk pregnancy and their relationship with the adverse pregnancy outcome. 100 high-risk pregnant women (34~36 weeks of gestation) who had prenatal examination in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 100 normal pregnant women (34~36 weeks of gestation) were selected as the control group. The fetal umbilical artery pulsation index (PI), resistance index (RI), systolic peak/diastolic peak (S/D) were measured by GE voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound, and the results of the two groups were compared, as well as the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups. The relationship between the parameters and the adverse pregnancy outcomes was analyzed. The results showed that, the abnormal rate of pregnancy outcome in high-risk pregnancy group was 42.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). PI, RI and S/D of fetal umbilical artery blood flow parameters in high-risk pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); PI, RI and S/D of middle cerebral artery blood flow parameters in high risk pregnancy group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The blood flow parameters of fetal umbilical artery in abnormal pregnancy outcome group were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy outcome group(P<0.05); the blood flow parameters of fetal middle cerebral artery in high risk pregnancy group were significantly lower than those in normal pregnancy group(P<0.05). This study demonstrated that the changes of Doppler parameters of fetal umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery in the late stage of high-risk pregnancy have certain clinical application in judging the fetal intrauterine condition and predicting the adverse pregnancy outcome.
