Abstract: This retrospective study was designed to explore the effect of ultrasound(US), mammography(MG), MRI and the combined examination in the diagnosis of breast diseases. 456 patients with breast diseases between October 2018 and October 2019 were enrolled in the study. The differential effects of ultrasound, mammography, MRI and the combined examination for breast benign and malignant lesions were analyzed with pathological results as references. The examination results showed that, the main malignant tumors were invasive breast cancer, invasive ductal cancer and ductal carcinoma in situ, while the main benign tumor was fibroadenoma. The sensitivity of MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer was better than MG and US. In terms of specificity, MG was better than MRI and US. The sensitivity of the three imaging techniques combined was 97%, and the specificity was 98%. The combination was significantly higher than the single of US, MG and MRI (P<0.05). This paper confirms that ultrasound, mammography and MRI have good effects in the diagnosis of breast diseases, and their combination has the higher value.
