The Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Ultrasound Elastography in Differentiating the Benign and Malignant Breast Tumors

Abstract: The application value of color Doppler ultrasound (CDUs) combined with ultrasound elastography (UE) in differentiating the benign and malignant breast tumors was analyzed in this study. 103 patients with breast tumor in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study, all patients were examined with CDUs and UE, and the differential value of CDUs, UE and their combination in benign and malignant breast tumors was analyzed. The results showed that, pathological examination showed that, among 103 cases of breast cancer, 48 cases were malignant (46.60%) and 55 cases were benign (53.40%). The CDUs and UE scores in malignant breast tumor patients were significantly higher than those in benign breast tumor patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors, the CDUs were 79.17%, 72.73%, 75.73%, the UE was 75.00%, 65.45%, 69.90%, the CDUs combined with UE was 95.83%, 90.91%, 93.20%, the CDUs combined with UE was significantly higher than the single of the CDUs and UE, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). This study confirms that, CDUs and UE have the good value in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors, and the CDUs combined with UE have higher the differential value.
