Abstract: To investigate the value of CT perfusion (CTP) in evaluating the pathological parameters of lung cancer and the clinical efficacy before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.152 Patients with lung cancer treated with radiation and chemotherapy were chosen as the research object. Different CTP parameters, such as blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), time to peak (TTP), permeability surface (PS) between the patients with different tumor type, tumor size, radiation and chemotherapy before and after treatment were recorded. Our research found that BF, BV, TTP and PS values were the highest in SCLC, followed by adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05).The values of BF, BV, TTP and PS in the groups with a volume 40 cm3 before radiotherapy and chemotherapy and without remission were higher than those in the groups with a volume<40 cm3, after radiotherapy and chemotherapy and in the remission group (P<0.05).Thus, CTP parameters were associated with the pathological type and tumor size of lung cancer, and the values of CTP parameters of patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy and patients in remission are decreased.
