Abstract: 82 patients with endometrial cancer were enrolled in this study. All patients were examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (TV-CDU) and computed tomography (CT). Endometrial thickness and endometrial hemodynamic indicators were measured by TV-CDU. CT and TV-CDU were used to detect the myometrial infiltration in patients, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was calculated. The results showed that the positive rate of intratumoral blood flow in patients with endometrial cancer was significantly correlated with tumor grade and endometrial thickness (P<0.05). The coincidence rate of the combined application of TV-CDU and CT for myometrial invasion was significantly higher than that of TV-CDU or CT alone (P<0.05). The above results suggest that the combined use of TV-CDU and CT examinations has significant diagnostic value for endometrial cancer and can provide a practical reference for the diagnosis and evaluation of endometrial cancer.
