Abstract: 98 cases of infertility patients were selected as the research object. The detection of tubal fluid through the laparoscope was the gold standard, and 4D-HyCoSy tests were performed. The contrast injection device was used for contrast injection and intrauterine pressure monitoring. The results showed that the peak pressure in the uterine cavity increased as the degree of fallopian tube obstruction increased, and the coincidence rate of 4D-HyCoSy combined with uterine cavity pressure measurement to diagnose tubal patency was higher than that of 4D-HyCoSy single diagnosis (P<0.05). It is suggested that 4D-HyCoSy combined with uterine cavity pressure measurement help to improve the diagnostic efficiency on tubal patency. This method is expected to become one of the common methods for screening tubal patency in primary hospitals, and provide evidence-based support for the personalized diagnosis and treatment of tubal infertility (TIF).
