Abstract: In order to analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in the differential diagnosis of pancreatic associated cystic tumors, 82 patients with pancreatic cystic tumors were selected as subjects. All patients were given an MSCT examination. Pathological diagnosis was taken as the gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT. The results showed that the coincidence rate of MSCT and pathology was 96.34%. Most serous cystadenomas were lobulated and multicystic. The maximum diameter of a single cystic cavity was less than 2 cm. Most of the mucinous cystadenomas were multilocular cystic masses. The maximum diameter of single cystic cavity in the lesions was greater than 2 cm. Mucinous cystadenocarcinoma showed a single round low-density shadow with a clear margin and no lobulation. Therefore, MSCT has high sensitivity in the diagnosis of pancreatic cystic tumors, and different lesions have their imaging features, which provides an effective reference for the differential diagnosis of pancreatic cystic tumors.
