Abstract: In order to explore the clinical value of multimodal MRI in the diagnosis of women's breast simple fibroadenosis and mixed fibroadenosis,146 cases of female patients with fibroadenosis of breast were selected as the research objects, and multimodal magnetic resonance examination was performed. Multimodal MRI features were compared and found that the lump size ≥ 10 mm of the simple fibroadenosis group was 82.22%, and the lump size ≥ 10 mm of the mixed fibroadenosis group was 43.33%. Comparison of diagnostic efficacy parameters found that the ADC value and peak signal strength of the simple fibroadenosis group were lower than those of mixed fibroadenosis group(P<0.05). The ADC value and peak signal strength of multimodal MRI were highly effective in predicting simple fibroadenosis and mixed fibroadenosis.
