Abstract: 50 patients with mild mitral stenosis were selected as the observation group, and another 50 patients with aortic valve insufficiency were selected as the reference group. Systolic and diastolic right ventricular function of the two groups were evaluated by Doppler echocardiography. The results showed that there were significant differences in mitral valve orifice area, right ventricular ejection fraction, right ventricular diameter, interventricular septal end diastolic thickness, right ventricular anteroposterior diameter, right ventricular regional end diastolic volume and right ventricular local end systolic volume of the inflow tract, outflow tract, right ventricle, and apical muscle trabeculae between the two groups (P<0.05). Using Doppler echocardiography to evaluate mild mitral stenosis has important clinical reference value for early risk assessment of patients.
