Abstract: Effects of the amount of sodium benzenesulfinate (SBS), sensitization time and temperatures on photographic properties of PTG materials were studied, in which PVA and 100 nm ex-situ AgBr was respectively used as binder and light sensitive component. The results showed that sensitivity of PTG materials was effectively enhanced whereas fog increased with the amount of SI3S when silver stearate (AgSt), AgBr or their mixture was respectively sensitized. In addition, different sensitivities could be achieved at different sensitization time and temperatures.
