Abstract: The spectrum of the tetraphenylporphine substituents and its derivatives were studied in the solution of acid with enthanol. It was found that the solubility of the H2(p-MeO)TPP and H2TTP increased in this solution, their absorption and fluorescence spectra differ from those in the organic solvents,HCl is better than H2SO4, the best proportion of enthanol to HCl(1 mol·L-1) is 10:1, Their absorption and fluorescence peak is close to near infrared.we found H2(p-MeO)TPP and H2TTP are two better new photosentizes.
