    Preparation of Epoxy Microspheres by Continuous Photopolymerzation and Its Surface Functionalization

    In this paper, the functional polymer microspheres with epoxy functional groups on the surface were prepared by using a self-made continuous photopolymerization device based on suspension photopolymerization. Polymeric PGMA microspheres were prepared by copolymerization of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) with divinylbenzene (DVB). The effects of initiator dosage, monomer ratio, solvent ratio, stirring rate and light intensity on microsphere size and morphology were investigated. The structure, morphology and properties of the samples were characterized by electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy (IR) and thermogravimetric (TG). By optimizing the experimental conditions, the particle size controllability of the microspheres was realized. IR determined that the microspheres contained epoxy group, and the microspheres prepared by the microscope had a good sphericity. These results showed the surface of the microscope is rich in epoxy and easy to be modified.

    Because of no background noise in vivo, 19F magnetic relaxation imaging (19F MRI) has been widely used in biomedical research. Perfluorocarbons molecules are the main kinds of 19F MRI imaging tracers. The organic fluoride can achieve high 19F density, suitable relaxation time, high signal to noise ratio, as well as multimodal imaging by modification with functional groups. In recent years, 19F MRI imaging tracers have been gradually developed from organic compounds to inorganic compounds. In this review, we summarized the types, research status and application prospects of 19F MRI imaging tracers.

    Study on the Evaluation Effect and Predictive Effectiveness of Two-dimensional and Three-dimensional Ultrasound Parameters on Cardiac Function and Shape after Heart Transplantation

    In order to explore the application value of two-dimensional and three-dimensional echocardiography in evaluating cardiac function and morphological changes after heart transplantation,a total of 41 patients underwent heart transplantation were selected as the observation group, and 41 patients underwent healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. 7 days after surgery, two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations were performed. It was found that the left atrial inner diameter (LAD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD) of the observation group were greater than those of the control group at 7 days after operation, and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was lower than the control group ( P<0.05). After 3 months of follow-up, LAD, LVESD and left ventricular mass(LVM) of those occurred rejection in the observation group were greater than those without rejection, and LVEF and left ventricular stroke volume (LVSV) were less than those without rejection ( P<0.05). After 3 months of follow-up, LAD, LVESD, LVM of the deceased in the observation group were greater than those of the survivor, and LVEF and LVSV were less than those of the survivor( P<0.05). The combination of LAD, LVESD, LVEF, LVM and LVSV to predict the rejection and prognosis of patients after heart transplantation had the largest AUC. It is suggested that two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound parameters have a certain evaluation value for cardiac function and morphology after heart transplantation, and they are expected to become a potential method to predict rejection and prognosis after heart transplantation, and to guide the reasonable treatment to improve the prognosis of patients.

    Fluorescence-magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) dual-modal molecular probes, which breaks through the limitation of single molecular imaging probes in terms of sensitivity and soft tissue resolution, has attracted tremendous attention in the fields of diagnosis and treatment. Gadolinium-doped carbon dots (Gd-CDs) is a typical fluorescence-MRI dual-modal molecular probe. With excellent optical properties, good MRI capability and low toxicity, Gd-CDs has a wide application prospect in tumor targeting imaging and treatment monitoring. This work summarizes the research status of the preparations, performance, and applications of Gd-CDs in bimodal imaging. Present problems and prospects are also put forward.

    Application of 3D Reconstruction Technique Based on Amira Software in Precise Hepatectomy

    In this paper, we explored the clinical value of three-dimensional reconstruction based on Amira software in making the liver cancer surgery plan. In our retrospective study, 111 consecutive patients admitted for hepatectomy were included, among which 59 received preoperative CT (control group), and 52 received simultaneous three-dimensional reconstruction of liver and peripheral vessels (observation group). The scope of surgical resection, total volume of the liver and the volume of the pre-resection liver of the observation group were evaluated by two-dimensional and three-dimensional reconstruction. The differences among the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference in clinical characteristics between the two groups. The R0 resection rate was 88.5% in observation group, which was significantly higher than the control group (71.2%). In the observation group, there was no significant difference in the volume of liver resection 801 calculated by two different methods. There was no significant difference in actual postoperative liver resection volume between the observation group and the control group. The incidence of complications, intraoperative blood loss and time to block hilar vessels in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group. In a word, the three-dimensional reconstruction technology based on Amira software can help to find the critical relationship between the tumor and the vascular system, as well as the anatomical variation of the key parts of the operation, which can guide the individualized treatment, and improve the preoperative safety assessment.

    To investigate the value of ultrasound E imaging in the diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). 120 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were selected as the NAFLD group, and another 50 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group. Ultrasound E imaging was performed in both groups. Evaluate the diagnostic value of Young's modulus value to NAFLD and different pathological stages of NAFLD. Young's modulus value of NAFLD group was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group. With the aggravation of pathological stages, the Young's modulus value gradually increased ( P<0.05). Young's modulus value has a high differential diagnosis value for NAFLD in different pathology of liver cirrhosis, liver fibrosis, and hepatitis. Enhanced young's modulus in patients with NAFLD can be used for clinical diagnosis of NAFLD and differential diagnosis of different pathological stages.

    The Diagnostic Efficacy of Echocardiography Combined with Serum Hcy and PCSK9 on Coronary Heart Disease and the Relationship with the Severity of the Disease

    In this study, 124 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the study group, and 124 patients who were suspected and excluded coronary heart disease by coronary angiography were selected as the control group. Color Doppler echocardiography were carried out on both groups. It was found that the contrast filling rate ( β) and the maximum number of microbubbles ( A) in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while serum homocysteine (Hcy) and proprotein convertase subtilisin 9 (PCSK9) levels were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). It was also found that β, A, serum Hcy, PCSK9 were important influencing factors of coronary heart disease. The combination of β, A, serum Hcy and PCSK9 showed good efficacy in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. The number of coronary artery lesions and the degree of stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease were negatively correlated with β and A values, and positively correlated with serum Hcy and PCSK9 levels ( P<0.05). Therefore, the authors believe that β, A combined serum Hcy and PCSK9 have high application value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. These indexes are important influencing factors for the occurrence of coronary heart disease, and have good linear relationship with the number of coronary artery lesions and the degree of stenosis.

    Molybdenum oxide quantum dots (MoO x QDs) with excellent fluorescence performance were synthesized using MoS 2 and H 2O 2 as the raw materials by a one-pot method at the room temperature. Based on the fluorescence "off-on" mode, a new rapid fluorescence detection of ATP was constructed, in which MoO x QDs was a fluorescent probe and Cu 2+ was a quencher. Under the optimized condition, pH 7.5, 0.051 mg/mL MoO x QDs and 50 mol/L Cu 2+, the fluorescence at 520 nm was gradually enhanced with increasing ATP concentration in the range of 25-250 mol/L. The calibration curve was F=785.40+9.05 c with the correlation coefficient of 0.993. The coexistence of BSA, Ni 2+, Mn 2+, Mg 2+, Fe 3+, Co 2+ and Ca 2+ has negligible effect on ATP detection. Therefore, the "off-on" detection platform shows rapid and stable for sensing for ATP.

    The patient inadvertently found the right anterior cervical mass for more than 6 months before hospitalization. Blood routine test, liver and kidney function, tumor markers and thyroid function were normal. Ultrasound showed irregular hypoechoic nodules of about 3.0 cm×1.6 cm in the inferior pole of the right lobe of the thyroid, and CDFI showed a little blood flow signal in the hypoechoic nodules. On plain and enhanced CT scan of the neck, the density of the thyroid decreased, the right lobe of the thyroid increased, the right lobe and isthmus showed slightly low-density nodular shadow, the arterial phase was moderately enhanced, the venous phase was moderately enhanced, the edge was irregular, and the thyroid capsule was complete; on thin-layer reconstruction, the right lobe of the thyroid showed slightly low-density nodular shadow. The right lobe of thyroid gland + isthmus resection and central lymphadenectomy were performed. Pathological diagnosis showed, nodule in the right lobe of thyroid gland:non Hodgkin's lymphoma (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, origin of germinal center); right lobe 882 of thyroid gland + isthmus:Micro papillary carcinoma (about 0.6 cm in diameter). The patients recovered well after operation and received chemotherapy.

    Association Analysis of Ultrasound Contrast Parameters with Proliferation Gene Expression and Lymph Node Metastasis of Differentiated Thyroid Cancer

    In this paper, 82 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer were selected as the malignant group, and 82 patients with benign thyroid nodules were selected as the benign group. All were performed ultrasound contrast, as well as the detection of proliferation gene expression in tumor tissue and lymph node metastasis of differentiated thyroid cancer. It was found that the levels of PI, MTT, and TTP in the malignant group were lower than those in the benign group, while the expression levels of Twist1 and TPX2 mRNA in tumor specimens in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group. In addition, the expression levels of PP4R1 and PDCD4 mRNA were lower than those in the benign group. The ultrasound contrast parameters were negatively correlated with the expression of Twist1 and TPX2 mRNA in tumor tissue samples, and positively correlated with the expression of PP4R1 and PDCD4 mRNA ( P<0.05). The AUC value of combination of PI, MTT and TTP to predict the lymph node metastasis of differentiated thyroid cancer was higher than that predicted by a single index. It is suggested that the abnormalities of ultrasound contrast parameters are directly related to the changed expression of proliferating genes and lymph node metastasis. By ultrasonography, we can quantify the proliferation and invasion activity of thyroid cancer tumor cells.

    Application of Real-time Three-dimensional Transesophageal Echocardiography in Evaluating Cardiac Function of Patients with NVAF-MR

    The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the cardiac function of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation and mitral reflux (NVAF-MR) patients with the real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography (RT-3d-TEE). 40 NVAF-MR patients and 40 healthy individuals were selected as the observation group and the control group. Patients in both groups received RT-3d-TEE examination. The results showed that left atrial diameter(LAD), anterolateral-posteromedial annulus diameter (DAlPm), three dimensional circumference(C3D), two dimensional area(A2D) and nonplanarity angle(NPA) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The valvular height and coaptation index were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05). 838 The logistics regression analysis showed that LAD, DAlPm, A2D and coaptation index were correlated with NVAF-MR. The ROC curve analysis showed that LAD and coaptation index had highly sensibility and specificity in the diagnosis of NVAF-MR patients. Therefore, it is believed that RT-3d-TEE technology can accurately assess the mitral valve function of patients, and the diagnosis of those patients with LAD and coaptation index has higher sensitivity and specificity. A2D, DAlPm may be correlated with mitral regurgitation in NVAF patients.

    In the research of new synthesis methods of non-toxic nanomaterials, biomimetic synthesis has attracted the attention of many researchers because of its obvious advantages over chemical synthesis. Herein gold quantum dots (Au QDs) were prepared in living cells driven by cell life metabolism. The characterization shows that the prepared gold Au QDs have cubic crystal structure, uniform size distribution and a diameter of about 20 nm. Cell experiments showed that the biocompatibility of Au QDs synthesized in cells was significantly higher than that of traditional chemical synthesis. Under certain conditions, the fluorescence of Au QDs can be quenched by glucose, and the fluorescence quenching efficiency of Au QDs shows a good linear relationship with glucose concentration, with a linear range of 7.85×10 -6-2.5×10 -4 mol/L and a detection limit of 3.1×10 -8 mol/L. This method was applied to detect blood glucose concentration in diabetic rats, and the result was consistent with that of blood glucose meter. The prepared Au QDs have low cytotoxicity and potential detection ability, and can be used for the detection of small biological molecules.

    To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology in the diagnosis of sinus-nasal complex and sinusitis.112 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected as the subjects. The plane reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT was used to observe the anatomical variation of the sinus-nasal complex and the inflammation of the sinuses. The results showed that the vesicular turbinate accounted for the largest proportion of the anatomical variation of the sinus ostium-nasal canal complex in 112 patients, reaching 30.36%, followed by nasal septum deviation (23.21%) and uncinate hypertrophy (13.39%). Among the 112 patients with nasal-sinus inflammation distribution, the anterior group had the largest proportion of ethmoid sinus, reaching 88.39%, followed by maxillary sinus ostia (69.64%) and maxillary sinus (66.07%). In 23 cases of functional endoscopic sinus surgery, the endoscopic findings of the lesions were consistent with the CT display. It is concluded that the use of multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology has an important role in the anatomical structure and variation of the sinus-nasal tract complex in patients with sinusitis.

The preparation method, self-healing mechanism and repair efficiency of the coatings were described. Moreover, the future development and application of the Intrinsic self-healing coatings based on photochemical reaction were forecasted.

    Predictive Value of Ultrasound Parameters Combined with Progesterone and β-hCG on Spontaneous Abortion in Early Pregnancy

    224 pregnant women were selected as the research object, followed up to 28 gestational weeks, and divided into abortion group and non-abortion group. The ultrasound parameters including fetal heart rate (FHR), crown-rump length (CRL), mean gestational sac diameter (MSD), mean sac diameter-crown-rump length (MSD-CRL) in early pregnancy of two groups were compared, as well as serum progesterone and β-hCG levels. Besides the influencing factors of spontaneous abortion, the correlation between ultrasound parameters and serum progesterone and β-hCG were analyzed too. In addition, the predictive value of the above indexes for spontaneous abortion was evaluated. The results showed that the FHR of the abortion group was lower than that of the non-abortion group, the MSD and MSD-CRL were shorter than that of the non-abortion group, and the serum progesterone and β-hCG levels were lower than that of the non-abortion group ( P<0.05). The history of miscarriage, irregular intake of folic acid before and after pregnancy, husband smoking during pregnancy, FHR, MSD, MSD-CRL,progesterone, β-hCG in early pregnancy were important influencing factors for spontaneous abortion ( P<0.05). FHR, MSD, MSD-CRL in early pregnancy were positively correlated with serum progesterone and β-hCG ( P<0.05). The efficacy of FHR, MSD, MSD-CRL combined with serum progesterone and β-hCG on spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy was better than the above indicators alone. In conclusion, ultrasound parameters such as FHR, MSD, MSD-CRL and progesterone, β-hCG in early pregnancy are important influencing factors of spontaneous abortion, and the combined detection has good predictive value.

    The evaluating effect of color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS)in monitoring the changes of hemodynamic parameters before and after operation of autogenous arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is analyzed in this study. 94 patients with AVF were examined by CDUS. The PSV, EDV, RI, RAD, CVD, RVF and CVF at four time points were measured and compared:before operation, 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation. The results show that the means of PSV, EDV, RAD, CVD, RVF and CVF at 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation were significantly increased than those before operation ( P<0.05). The mean of RI at 8 weeks later was significantly lower than that before operation ( P<0.05). 81 cases of arteriovenous fistula were mature; the maturity was 86.17%. The PSV, EDV, RAD and RVF of mature group were significantly increased than those of immature group ( P<0.05), while RI value was significantly lower than that of immature group ( P<0.05). Therefore, CDUS can real-time monitor the dynamic changes of hemodynamic parameters and evaluate the maturity of AVF effectively.

    122 cases of cervical cancer patients were selected as the research object. According to the results of pathological examination, they were divided into metastasis group (28 patients with retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis) and non-metastasis group (94 patients without retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis). All of them were subjected to CT examination of the whole abdomen and detection of serum tumor markers including carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cancer antigen 125 (CA125) and squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC-Ag). The results showed that the shortest diameter of CT lymph nodes in the metastatic group was longer than that in the non-metastatic group, and the levels of serum CEA, CA125 and SCC-Ag were higher than those in the non-metastatic group ( P<0.05). Serum CEA, CA125, SCC-Ag levels were positively correlated with the shortest diameter of the lymph nodes in the horizontal axis of CT, and the sequence of AUC value for diagnosis of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis was:CT combined with serum tumor markers > the shortest diameter of CT lateral axis lymph node > SCC-Ag > CEA > CA125. It can provide an objective basis for clinical preoperative evaluation of the presence of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis.

    The characteristics of the diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) apparent diffusion coefficient of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) were analyzed to explore the relationship with their cognitive function. 180 patients with SCH were selected as subjects. After the evaluation of their 901 cognitive function with MMSE scale, HDS scale and MoCA scale, 82 patients with normal cognitive function were divided into control group, 66 patients with mild cognitive impairment were divided into mild group, and 32 patients with dementia were divided into dementia group. All the patients were underwent MR-DWI examination to measure the ADC values of each anatomical part of the head. The data showed that, the differences in age, MoCA, MMSE, and HDS scores between three groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The ADC values of MR-DWI in the right hippocampus area, left internal capsule area and left half-oval center all increased with the increase of cognitive dysfunction, and the ADC values of the mild group and dementia group were significantly higher than the control group ( P<0.05). The results show that increasing age will increase the risk of cognitive dysfunction. The impairment of cognitive function is closely related to the metabolism and structural changes of the hippocampus, internal capsule, and regional semi-oval center. The hippocampus is a sensitive area where is related to mild cognitive dysfunction, and the internal capsule area is a sensitive area where is related to dementia.

    Children and adolescents with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) are rare, but their differences in sonographic and pathologic features are significant. A total of 34 consecutive patients including pathologically confirmed children (age ≤ 15 years) and adolescents (15-18 years) with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) were recruited. We retrospectively analyzed the preoperative ultrasonography and pathology features, compared the difference of them. The incidence of gender in children and adolescents (male vs. female) were 3:5 vs.1:17 ( P=0.020). Moreover, the presence of punctate echogenic foci on sonography was 93.8% vs. 50.0%. The presence of neck lymph node metastasis was 87.5% vs. 44.4%, and the ratio of category 5 nodules in ACR TI-RADS was 93.8% vs. 50.0% in children and adolescents patients ( P<0.05). The histopathology ratio of staging N0, N1a and N1b in children and 849 adolescent groups were 4:5:7 and 6:11:1 ( P=0.029), the ratio of pTNM staging Ⅰ and Ⅱ were 8:8 and 15:3 ( P=0.038), respectively. In conclusion, the PTC in children have specific ultrasonography and pathology features, which were different from those of adolescent.

    To investigate the effect of MRI combined with TRUS on the detection rate of prostate cancer.The clinical data of 150 patients with suspected prostate cancer were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were given puncture biopsy. According to the puncture guidance, they were divided into group A, group B and group C. Group A was punctured under the guidance of TRUS, group B under the guidance of MRI, and group C under the guidance of MRI combined with TRUS. Kappa test was used to analyze the consistency between the examination methods and the surgical pathological diagnosis. The complication rate of the three groups was recorded. The results showed that the consistency of group A, group B and group C with pathological diagnosis was 0.505, 0.585 and 0.664, respectively. There was no significant difference in the incidence of bloody stool, urine retention, hematuria and low fever between the three groups ( P>0.05).Compared with MRI alone or TRUS guided prostate puncture, MRI combined with TRUS guided prostate puncture had the highest consistency with surgical pathological diagnosis.

    The aim of this research is to explore the therapeutic effect of holmium laser lithotripsy (HLL) under continuous irrigation by epidural catheter in the treatment of ureteral calculi of high CT value. A total of 106 patients with ureteral calculi of high CT values were divided into two groups by random number table. The control group adopted HLL under ureteroscopy, and the observation group adopted HLL under continuous irrigation by epidural catheter. The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, while the success rate of lithotripsy was higher than that of the control group, and the rate of stone uplift and in vitro lithotripsy was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05). One day after surgery, the adrenaline (AE), cortisol (Cor), and malondialdehyde (MDA) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the superoxide dismutase (SOD) was higher than that of the control group. Three days after surgery, the interleukin-1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (3.77%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (15.09%). It is suggested that HLL under continuous irrigation by epidural catheter is more effective in treating ureteral calculi of high CT value.

    This paper proposed a method to predict the inkjet printing area based on pixel clustering of 1-bit tiff image. For the selected printing equipment and ink, firstly, use the micro measuring system to obtain the single ink radius, then read the 1-bit tiff image with each gray level, separate into more subtle grids and calculate the distances from each tiny grid to the center of the pixel with a value of 0, and then determine whether the grid is inked based on whether the distances calculated is shorter than the ink dot radius, finally, count the dot area by calculating the percentage of inked grids. The experimental results show that applying this method to forecast the dot area of inkjet plate, the forecasting error can meet the accuracy requirements of printing plate dot detection, the speed increases, and the operation error that may exist in the process of manual measurement is avoided. All in all, the method is beneficial to achieving linear correction of dot area fast and accurately.

    In this thesis, nano-cellulose prepared by TEMPO oxidation and silver nanowires were used to prepare the nanofilm by the method of vacuum filtration. The prepared nanomembrane was soaked in the solution of choline chloride/urea aqueous. After drying, a highly transparent nano-conductive paper with good properties of electricity and mechanics was obtained. The obtained nano-conductive paper has a visible light transmittance of 90% or more, a maximum tensile strength about 17%, and a ten-fold increase in tensile properties over pure nanocellulose paper. The prepared highly transparent nano-conductive paper was applied to the paper-based capacitor, and it will broaden the application range of the paper-based conductive material in the flexible electronic devices.

    In this study, ECG changes, serum C-reactive protein levels and erythrocyte sedimentation rate levels in patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis of different conditions were observed in order to explore the possible relationship between these three clinical tests and the types and extent of lung tissue injury. Firstly, 72 patients with newly diagnosed secondary pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the study objects, and 72 patients with pneumonia alone were selected as the control group, we compared the difference of ECG changes and inflammatory indicators between the two groups. Then, patients in the observation group were classified according to the degree of injury and the types of lesions, and the three test results were compared between them. The results showed that patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis in this study were more likely to have abnormalities in ECG than patients with pneumonia 866 alone, and the frequency of tachyarrhythmia and ST-T changes was higher. There were differences among patients with different degrees of injury, but there was no difference among patients with different types of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis. The level of inflammatory indicators was higher in patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis than in patients with simple pneumonia, which had significant differences among patients with different degrees of injury, but no difference among patients with different types of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis. This study showed that ESR, CRP level and abnormal ECG changes in patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis were related to their degree of lesions.

    The purpose of the study is to explore the enhancement characteristics of contrast-enhanced spectral mammography and its diagnostic effect for breast imaging reporting and date system(BI-RADS)category 4 breast lesions. 60 patients whose lesions were categorized as BI-RADS 4 in CESM examination were recruited, and a total of 60 lesions were detected using pathology results as the gold standard, including 27 malignant lesions and 33 benign lesions. Signal values of ROI in CESM were measured, including lesions of craniocaudal (CC), mediolateral obliqde (MLO) and background, then percentage 876 difference (RS%) and contrast noise ratio (CNR) between lesions and background were calculated. According to the enhancement difference of lesions between two postures, the enhancement types were divided into:persistent (type Ⅰ), plateau (type Ⅱ), and washout (type Ⅲ). The difference of intensification degree and intensification type between the benign and malignant groups were compared, respectively. The results showed that there was no significant difference in RS% and CNR between malignant and benign lesions ( P>0.05). 87% lesions were benign and 13% were malignant in type Ⅰ, 55.6% were benign and 44.4% were malignant in type Ⅱ, 15.8% were benign and 84.2% were malignant in type Ⅲ. Benign lesions were usually of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ, and malignant lesions were of type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ. The difference between two groups was statistically significant. In conclusion, the enhanced type analysis could provide certain basis for identifying the benign and malignant types of BI-RADS category 4 lesions in CESM.

    The 94 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected as subjects. All patients underwent T1WI, T2WI and SWI weighted magnetic resonance imaging. The results showed the early diagnosis rates of SWI sequences were significantly higher than those of T1WI and T2WI sequences. 125 cases of hemorrhage were finally detected. The positive rates of hemorrhagic foci in SWI sequences were significantly higher than T1WI and T2WI sequences. T1WI and T2WI sequences showed high signal shadows and clear boundaries, SWI sequence showed a clearer boundary and range of bleeding foci than T1WI and T2WI sequences. The value of SWI in the early diagnosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is satisfying, which can accurately detect the hemorrhage foci, and has high image quality.

    In order to study the consistency of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound (3D-TVS) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the patients with endometrial carcinoma, 356 cases of endometrial carcinoma were selected as subjects. All patients accepted 3D-TVS and MRI before surgery. The consistency of preoperative assessment in endometrial cancer of these two methods were analyzed respectively from the tumor size, muscle layer infiltration, cervical infiltration, lymph node metastasis and tumor stage and so on. The results showed that the ICC of 3D-TVS and MRI on tumor diameter was less than 0.7, which indicated good consistency. The P values of preoperative evaluation of 3D-TVS and MRI on muscular layer infiltration, cervical infiltration, lymph node metastasis and tumor stage were all less than 0.05, suggesting that all Kappa values were consistent. The Kappa value of cervical infiltration was 0.913, showing a high consistency. In conclusion, 3D-TVS and MRI showed strong consistency in preoperative evaluation of patients with endometrial cancer, and both of them could provide effective reference for surgeons.

    To explore the diagnostic value of mammography (MG) and dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) in lesions only appeared as microcalcifications requiring histological diagnosis suggested by BI-RADS evaluation. A retrospective analysis was made on 298 lesions requiring histological diagnosis suggested by BI-RADS evaluation, only appeared as microcalcifications, and classified as BI-RADS categories 4, 5 after MG evaluation, of which 52 patients underwent DCE-MRI examination within one week after MG examination. This study considered BI-RADS categories 1-3 as negative and BI-RADS categories 4-5 as positive through DCE-MRI, considered BI-RADS category 4A 815 as negative and BI-RADS 4B, 4C and 5 as positive through MG. The BI-RADS evaluation of the two imaging examinations was compared with the histopathology. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV) and positive likelihood ratio of DCE-MRI were all higher than MG. The sensitivity and negative predictive value of DCE-MRI combined with MG were higher than those of DCE-MRI and MG alone. The results showed that MRI diagnosis was more effective than mammography. The combined application of the two imaging methods can improve the diagnosis accuracy of suspicious lesions and avoid unnecessary biopsy.

    The incidence of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) is increasing year by year. Central lymph node metastasis (CLNM) is one of the important prognostic factors for the patients of PTMC. A retrospective study was performed on 198 patients with cN0 PTMC (tumor diameter ≤ 10 mm). Basic data (e.g., gender, age, tumor location, tumor diameter) of eligible patients were extracted, as well as the pathology, ultrasound, fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) results and BRAFV600E mutation analysis. The results of univariate analysis indicated that age <45 years, male, punctate echogenic foci on sonography, tumor size ≥ 5 mm, and ACR TI-RADS scores ≥ 8 were related to predict CLNM in PTMC patients. The results of multivariate analysis indicated that tumor size ≥ 5 mm, punctate echogenic foci on sonography, and ACR TI-RADS scores ≥ 8 were independent risk factors for CLNM. Moreover, larger tumor volume and higher TI-RADS scores were associated with greater risk of CLNM in cN0 PTMC patients, whom clinicians should take a more radical treatment strategy for.

    In order to explore the clinical value of multimodal MRI in the diagnosis of women's breast simple fibroadenosis and mixed fibroadenosis,146 cases of female patients with fibroadenosis of breast were selected as the research objects, and multimodal magnetic resonance examination was performed. Multimodal MRI features were compared and found that the lump size ≥ 10 mm of the simple fibroadenosis group was 82.22%, and the lump size ≥ 10 mm of the mixed fibroadenosis group was 43.33%. Comparison of diagnostic efficacy parameters found that the ADC value and peak signal strength of the simple fibroadenosis group were lower than those of mixed fibroadenosis group( P<0.05). The ADC value and peak signal strength of multimodal MRI were highly effective in predicting simple fibroadenosis and mixed fibroadenosis.

    Comparison of 3D-T2-FFE Sequence and PROSET Sequence in the Display of Lumbosacral Plexus

    In this paper, we compared the ability of 3D-T2-FFE sequence and PROSET sequence of displaying the anatomical morphology of lumbosacral plexus. 70 patients with suspected lumbosacral disease were scanned by routine lumbosacral MRI followed by 3D-T2-FFE and PROSET sequence. The scanning results were reconstructed by three-dimensional MIP at the workstation. The display of Lumbosacral plexus nerve by the two methods was compared, and the image signal-to-noise ratio and contrast-to-noise ratio were also compared. The results showed that both 3D-T2-FFE sequence and PROSET sequence could show the course and morphology of lumbosacral plexus nerve, but PROSET sequence could show the anatomical structure and details of lumbosacral nerve root, ganglion and postganglionic nerve fiber more clearly than 3D-T2-FFE sequence. The signal-to-noise ratio and contrast-to-noise ratio of PROSET were higher than those of 3D-T2-FFE ( P<0.05). The disadvantage of 924 PROSET is that the scanning time is longer (about 283 s), while the 3D-T2-FFE sequence scan speed is much faster (about 182 s), which is easier for the patients to tolerate. In clinical work, reasonable selection of scanning sequence combined with conventional MR sequence can provide more evidence for the diagnosis of lumbosacral plexus neuropathy.

    The value of prenatal ultrasound in screening for fetal central nervous system malformations (CNSM) in early pregnancy and mid pregnancy was analyzed. 2298 pregnant women were selected as the subjects of this study, who were given prenatal ultrasound examination in early pregnancy (11-13+6 weeks) and mid pregnancy (14-27+6 weeks). The postpartum ultrasound or pathological examination showed that there were 200 cases (8.70%) of fetal CNSM. The coincidence rate of fetal CNSM in early pregnancy combined with mid pregnancy ultrasound was significantly higher than that in early pregnancy ( P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of early pregnancy combined with mid pregnancy ultrasound was significantly higher than those of early pregnancy ( P<0.05). This study confirms that the prenatal ultrasound screening of fetal CNSM can be brought forward to early pregnancy, which is beneficial to early screening of fetal CNSM. But in order to have better screening effect, it still needs to be supplemented by ultrasound in mid pregnancy.

    120 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence (PSUI) were selected as the research group, and 120 non-PSUI women in the same period were selected as the control group. Pelvic floor ultrasound and laboratory tests found that the pelvic floor ultrasound parameters in the research group including urethral rotation angle (URA), bladder urethral posterior angle (PUVA), bladder neck mobility (BND) were higher than those of the control group, while serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D] level was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05). The combined prediction of URA, PUVA, BND and serum 25(OH)D for PSUI was 0.859, and the sensitivity was 77.50%, specificity was 84.17%. The ICI-Q-SF scores of PSUI patients were positively correlated with URA, PUVA, BND and negatively correlated with serum 25(OH)D level ( P<0.05). URA, PUVA, BND, and serum 25(OH)D were important factors influencing the occurrence of PSUI ( P<0.05). In a word, the pelvic floor ultrasound parameters URA, PUVA, BND and serum 25(OH)D level are closely related to the state of illness, and have high application value in predicting PSUI.

    To address the problem of grayscale image colorization in the fields of film and television, medical imaging, animation, space exploration and so on, a color transferring algorithm based on neighborhood-first search and texture similarity matching is proposed. For a pixel to be colorized in target grayscale image, the method first finds its candidate matching pixels based on the neighborhood-first searching scheme. Then, we define the concept of the texture eigenvector to describe the texture similarity between two pixels, and determine the final matching pixel by calculating the matching error based on the distance between the eigenvectors of the candidate pixels and the target pixel. To address the problem of image distortion occurred after global matching, the present method conducts one or more swatch matching procedures for the distortion regions of the colorized image. In the five test cases of image colorization, the proposed algorithm has a reasonable color transfer effect. Moreover, for the image with complex color composition or semantic content, this paper verifies the effectiveness of swatch matching through a case, and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of swatch matching.

The results showed that the detection rate of ultrasonic signs of ectopic pregnancy such as pseudopregnancy sac, embryo bud, fetal heart beat, accessory mass and pelvic effusion in the transabdominal combined with transvaginal colour ultrasound was significantly higher than that in the transvaginal ultrasound, the detection rate of ultrasonic signs of ectopic pregnancy such as pseudopregnancy sac, embryo bud, fetal heart beat, accessory mass and pelvic effusion in the transvaginal colour ultrasound was significantly higher than that in the transabdominal colour ultrasound ( P<0.05). In the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, the transabdominal color ultrasound was 77.38%, 63.89%, 73.33%, the transvaginal color ultrasound was 88.10%, 80.56%, 85.83%, the transabdominal combined transvaginal color ultrasound was 95.24%, 833 94.44%, 95.00%, the transabdominal combined transvaginal color ultrasound was significantly higher than the transabdominal or transvaginal color ultrasound ( P<0.05). This study confirms that, compared with transabdominal or transvaginal colour ultrasound, transabdominal combined with transvaginal colour ultrasound can improve the display rate of ultrasound signs of ectopic pregnancy, and it is helpful to improve the diagnostic value.

    To investigate the application value of 2D-STI in evaluating the left ventricular muscle function before and after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease, fifty patients with coronary heart disease (PCI group) who underwent PCI successfully were selected as PCI group, fifty healthy patients were taken as control group. The ultrasound indicators, 2D-STI parameters were compared in the two groups. The results showed, compared with the control group, the preoperative A peak elevated ( P<0.05), E/A value and LVEF in the PCI group reduced ( P<0.05).In the PCI group,LVEF postoperative and E/A at 60 d,180 d after surgery was higher than that before surgery ( P<0.05), and LVEF at 180 d after surgery was higher than that at 30 d after surgery ( P<0.05). The levels of GLS, GRS and GCS before surgery in the PCI group were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05), and the levels of GLS, GRS and GCS after surgery were higher than those before surgery ( P<0.05), GRS and GCS were further increased at 180 d after surgery compared with 30 d after surgery ( P<0.05).The levels of GLS, GRS and GCS in the PCI group were lower than those in the control group at each time point after surgery ( P<0.05). GLS and GCS were negatively correlated with LVEF ( P<0.05), while GRS was positively correlated with LVEF ( P<0.05). The results indicated that 2D-STI can be used to evaluate left ventricular myocardial function after interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.

    The Screening Value of Cerebral Hemodynamics by Head Ultrasound for Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

    The screening value of cerebral hemodynamics by head ultrasound for the hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is analyzed in this study. 1364 newborns were enrolled. The cerebral hemodynamics of middle cerebral artery (MCA) of all newborns was detected by the head ultrasound, including the end diastolic velocity (VD), peak systolic velocity (VS) and resistance index (RI). With the clinical diagnosis to be control, the screening value of VD, VS, RI of MCA for HIE was analyzed. The result showed that there were 50 newborns (3.67%) suffering from HIE. The VD in the HIE newborns was significantly lower than that in the non-HIE newborns, while the VS and RI in the HIE newborns were significantly higher than those in the non-HIE newborns ( P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of screening with the combination of the VD, VS, RI was significantly higher than single of them ( P<0.05). From above results, it can be concluded that the cerebral hemodynamics has the good screening value for the HIE, and the combined detection is superior to a separate one.

    Comparative Study of Whole Body Diffusion Weighted Imaging and CT in Evaluating the Efficacy of Chemotherapy for Lymphoma

    The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of whole body diffusion weighted imaging (WB-DWI) with that of computed tomography (CT) in evaluating the efficacy of chemotherapy for lymphoma.60 patients with lymphoma were selected as the case group and 43 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The results showed that the lymph nodes in the lesion showed significantly high signal in WB-DWI and CT examination. After 1, 4 and 8 cycles of chemotherapy, the signal intensity on the images of WB-DWI and CT was significantly lower than that before chemotherapy, and the coincidence rate of WB-DWI in the lesion size, lesion range and number of lesions were significantly higher than that of CT examination ( P<0.05).ADC values and the average ADC values of each site in the case group were lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in ADC values before and after treatment, before and during chemotherapy, and after chemotherapy in the case group ( P<0.05). In general, WB-DWI is better than CT in evaluating the efficacy of chemotherapy in lymphoma, which is worthy of clinical application.

    To explore the application and clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of endometrial lesions. The patients with endometrial diseases were examined by abdominal Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, and the diagnostic coincidence rate of the two ultrasound results and pathological results was compared. The results showed that the diagnostic coincidence rate of endometrial cancer, endometrial polyp, endometrial hyperplasia, and submucosal myoma of uterus was significantly different in different examination methods ( P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of abdominal Doppler ultrasound. Among the patients with benign lesions, 21.78% presented blood flow signals, and the patients with malignant lesions, 100% presented blood flow signals ( P<0.05). There is little difference between the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and pathological examination in endometrial lesions,and the diagnostic accuracy is higher, which can be 862 used as a detection method for endometrial lesions in married women.
