Novolak-diazonaphthoquinone photoresists have been widely used in g-line、i-line lithography for its high performance. Although g-line and i-line photoresists are both consisted of novolak resin and diazonaphthoquinone photoactive compounds,in order to fit i-line exposure wavelength and seeking for higher resolution, novolak resin and photoactive compounds(PAC) both have difference in structure from g-line to i-line.In i-line resist, the o-o'bonding content of resin is higher, the esterfication of PAC is higher, the proximity of DNQ groups is distant. Dissolution promoter is an important component of i-line resists, some phenolic additives were very useful to control the dissolution behavior.

Gelatins were prepared from the bone pretreated using hydrochloride with various concentrations by protease-conditioned method in this article. The yields of protease-conditioned gelatin were decreased as the concentration of HCl was increased from 0 to 4.5% (mass fraction). The bloom values of protease-condition gelatin were all higher than 300 when the bovine bone were pretreated with HCl. Compared with commercial type B gelatin, protease-conditioned gelatin exhibited higher bloom strength, lower viscosity and higher IEP value. Compared with protein patterns of type B gelatin, different protein patterns of protease-conditioned gelatin were noticeable with the immersing of the new bands at the Mw of 165 KDa and 120 KDa. The IEPs of protease-conditioned gelatin were all in alkaline range which was related to the content of arginine. The results showed that the pretreatment process of bone was very important for protease-conditioned gelatin because the yield, viscosity and IEP were determined by the pretreatment condition.

A novel AgBr/Ag2WO4 composite photocatalyst was synthesized by ion exchange of Ag2WO4 substrate. AgBr/Ag2WO4 was characterized by XRD, SEM and UV-Vis. The photocatalytic activity of AgBr/Ag2WO4 was investigated with methyl orange (MO) as dye model under the visible light irradiation(500 W,λ>420 nm). The results showed that AgBr/Ag2WO4 displayed much better photocatalytic activity than single AgBr and Ag2WO4, in which 30%-AgBr/Ag2WO4 sample showed the best photocatalytic activity. The mechanism results suggested that ·O2- played the major role, followed by h+, while ·OH could be negligible during the MO photodegradation process. The heterojunction formed by AgBr and Ag2WO4 was beneficial to efficiently separate the photogenerated electrons and holes and then raised the photocatalytic activity of AgBr/Ag2WO4.

Several aromatic diazo salts were synthesized. The absorption peak of 1 at 343 nm can overlap very well with the laser of 355 nm. The absorption maxima of 2 and 3 are located at 453 nm and 433 nm respectively, which can greatly overlap with the high-pressure mercury lamp. These peaks expend the overlap with the high-pressure mercury lamp in the visible region. 2 exhibited better thermal stability than 3.

Phthalocyanines are promising photosensitizers for application in PDT. The mechanism of the therapeutic and biological effects induced by them has been the hot topic of research on PDT. Tryptophan was choosed as a target molecule which reacted with metallophthalocyanines substituted with quinolinoxy groups, to discuss the relationship between structure and photosensitive oxidation ability. The results show that photo-oxidizing ability of phthalocyanines was influenced by the central metal ion, the structure of substitutional group, the substituent position and the number of substitutional group. Phthalocyanines with closed-shell electronic structure central metallic ion, rich substituents and substituted in α position, exibit higher photosensitive oxidation ability. This study can offer some guidance for the design of new photosensitizers.

ZnS thin films were deposited on ITO glasses by electrodeposition. The microstructure and surface morphology of thin films were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used to evaluate the optical properties of thin films. Effects of deposition potential on the microstructure and optoelectronic properties of ZnS thin films were studied, and the results showed that ZnS thin films were amorphous when the deposition potential changed from 1.5 V to 1.7 V, and the visible transmittance of thin films gradually decreased from 60% to 20% with the deposition potential increasing from 1.5 V to 1.7 V. The optical bandgap of ZnS thin film is about 3.97 eV. The thin film was crystalline with metal Zn existing in the films and the visible transmittance of thin films markedly decreased under the deposition potential was 2.0 V.

The influence of nickel stearate on the photographic properties of photothermographic (PTG) materials based on AgBr emulsions obtained from an ex-situ preparation was reported. The results showed that the maximal sensitivity of PTG materials could be obtained when the ratio of AgBr to AgTTA was 0.25, and the sensitivity of PTG materials with nickel stearate was 1.1 times higher than the origin one. The possible reason of the influence of nickel stearate on the photographic properties was studied primarily by UV-Vis of AgBr grains and DSC of nickel stearate.

In this paper, we propose a human face super-resolution method based on training. This method composes similarity constrains of human face both in global and local manner. The local structure of human face ensures the solution of super-resolution to be in the space characterized by human face local structure. And the local structure in different scales instruct the searching to the optimal solution, then project the reconstructed face by local structure to the eigenface space determined by given human face database. Experiments show that the results have very good accuracy and high visual quality.

The naphthopyrans compounds were structurally modified to extend π conjugation system by introducing N containing donating groups, metallocenyl groups, heterofused groups and thioxanthene groups. The photochromic properties and the conplanarity of substitutes to the main plane were discussed as well.
