The interesting in the field of OLED study is how make the most of the application of triplet exciton for enhancing the efficiency of electro-luminescent conversion in device. Recently, the appearance of the thermo-activated delay fluorescence (TADF) which may through inverse upper conversion to obtain the delay fluorescence used in OLED, leads to a wonderful perspective in this field. In this review, several basic problems are discussed in details concluding such as the electron excitation, excited state splitting, exchange energy between singlet and triplet states, the recombination of charge carries, the formation of exciton, and the charge transfer(CT) problems in pure organic and organo-transition metal complex, etc.

Current evaluation methods of remote sensing image radiation quality are mainly based on visual judgment and are, therefore, very subjective. To the problem of how to evaluate remote sensing image radiation quality objectively and comprehensively, this study developed a metric model which employs images quality-correlative factors to give a solution. This model extracts four factors, these are brightness, clarity, information and texture feature. The correlation analytical method was used in this research to calculate the weight-value of the four factors. For the clarity factor, a new method that improved gradient function was developed. Experiments have shown that the final evaluation results have a higher consistency of subjective assessment for different types of remote sensing images, and this model can well correlated with human perception. The remote sensing image radiation quality metrics model can analysis the quality objectively and quantitatively, and can be well correlated with human perception.

The uniformity of color appearance space is playing an important role in cross-media color management. And the uniformity of CIELab, CIECAM02 and IPT was tested by Munsell system and Ebner & Fairchild's constant hue data sets. X,Y and Z tristimulus values are used as input data to predict lightness, chroma and hue of color appearance models. The results showed that CIELab and IPT have the similar performance in lightness uniformity. The predicted lightness and Munsell V were linear with each other. The CIECAM02-Jab's lightness uniformity is a little worse because its predicted value is not identical when Munsell V is same. On chroma uniformity, CIELAB is the best one, while IPT is the worst one. On hue uniformity, IPT is better than CIECAM02-Jab and CIELab. And CIELab is the worst one.

In this work, a simple and rapid method to selectively sort semiconducting-SWCNTs (sc-SWCNTs) with large diameters using poly[2, 7-(9, 9-dioctylfluorene)-alt-4, 7-bis(thiophen-2-yl)benzo-2,1,3-thiadiazole](PFO-DBT) is presented. The sorted sc-SWCNTs inks have been directly used to fabricate thin film transistors (TFTs) by aerosol jet printing. Printed TFTs with effective mobility ~15.6 cm2·V-1·s-1 and on/off ratio ~107 have been achieved. In addition, all the printed devices exhibited rapid photocurrent response to light irradiation. TFTs based on PFO-DBT sorted sc-SWCNT exhibit good photoresponsive characteristics with good stability and rapid response.

In this paper, we study the local surface plasmon resonance effect of gold nanorods in the two-photon polymerization process. As excitation light matches gold nanorods surface plasma resonance wavelength, the surface of gold nanorods has strong local electromagnetic fields which can cause two-photon polymerization. By employing a femtosecond laser, whose wavelength is the same as the gold nanorods longitudinal absorption peak wavelength in the photoresist, polymer/metal nanocomposites have been prepared. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) images show that the surface of the gold nanorods covers a polymer layer of 5 nm thickness when the femtosecond laser power is 0.6 W, spot diameter is 1.6 cm, irradiation time is 0.3 s. This study would provide a facile method for the preparation of polymer/metal nanoparticles, which might be applied in the emerging field, such as photonics and nanosensors.

A coumarin-derived multicyano compound (TCC) with strong ICT character was designed and synthesized. The weak fluorescence of TCC was observed due to the formation of strong intramolecular charge transfer state. Upon introduction of thiols such as cysteine, homocysteine and glutathione, the absorption band at 560 nm in TCC gradually decreased with visual color change from violet to yellow-green, whereas the fluorescence intensity increased. There is a liner relationship between the intensity of TCC at 560 nm and the concentration of thiol with the limit of detection as low as 10- ol/L. Other common sulphydryl-free amino acids cannot react with TCC and do not cause any absorption and emission spectral changes, indicating that TCC shows high selectivity and sensitivity to sulfhydryl compounds.

A series of functional small organic molecules based on electron-donating aryl-fused pyran functional motifs have been designed and synthesized by intramolecular carbon- carbon coupling reaction, including naphtho [2,1-b:6,5-b'] bisbenzopyran 4a, naphtho[2,1-b:6,5-b']bisnaphthopyran 4b, naphtho [2,1-b:6,5-b'] bis [2-(5-hexyl thienyl)] benzopyran 4c. Their UV-Vis spectra showed the maxima absorption at 370-400 nm, and their fluorescence spectra exhibited the maxima emission in the range of 417-462 nm. The increasing of conjugated plane or conjugated chain length in these compounds caused remarkable red shifts in both of their absorption and emission spectra, indicative of their rich optical properties.

A novel UV-cured hybrid system was prepared by using oxetane and acrylate as main materials, a certain amount of photoinitiator was added into hybrid system. The synergistic effect of photoinitiators was researched, result showed cationic photoinitiator was sensitized by free radical photoinitiators. Properties of UV-cured films were studied by water absorption test, FTIR, TGA and SEM. The results showed that mechanical property, thermal stability and solvent resistance property of hybrid films were better than those of free radical films because of the formation of interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) during the curing process of hybrid system. The tensile strength of hybrid film was 10.34 MPa, elongation at break was 10.13%, impact strength was 15 cm·kg, adhesion grade was 1, flexibility was less than 3 mm, double acetone rubs was 200.
