    Triphenylphosphine (PPh3) is an important organic substance and extraordinary for its nucleophilicity and reducing character.It is widely used in the synthesis of organic and organometallic compounds.The extensive use of PPh3 is inevitable to cause phosphorous pollution to the environment and would pose a potential danger to human health.An effective and convenient detection method of PPh3 is fairly desirable.Herein,a novel selective and sensitive off-on fluorescent probe for PPh3 mimicking Staudinger ligation was developed.The design concept was to use a 2-azidophenylacetic ester of fluorescein to react with PPh3 to undergo a rapid intramolecular acyl transfer through aza-ylide intermediate to release the fluorophore.The probe shows highly selective response to PPh3 in water containing 0.5% DMSO.The probe is promising for the quantitative detection of PPh3 with linear response from 1×10-7 mol/L to 8×10-7 mol/L with a detection limit of 10 nmol/L.The sensitive detection of PPh3 can be viewed in water solutions with "naked eye".

    The pH sensitive CdTe quantum dots (QDs) were prepared with thioglycolic acid (TGA) and mercapto-acetohydrazide (TGH) as the stabilizers. After being conjugated with antibody, the prepared CdTe QDs has both functions of pH sensitivity and immune recognition. The results of fluorescence luminescence (FL), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and cells labeling imaging showed that antibody was successfully conjugated on the surface of CdTe QDs. The prepared dual targeting QDs can be used to identify the acidic interstitial extracellular environment and label tumor cells specifically.

    To study the role of surface-charged Asp60 in the fluorescence intensity, under simulative physiological conditions of animal body, the difference in structure and fluorescence spectral characteristics between Mb(WT) and Mb(D60K) was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and circular dichroism. The results indicated that the fluorescence quantum yield of (D60K) was far more than that of Mb, which may correlate with pH and the structure of Mb. With a further research, this phenomenon was caused by the change of external charge when amino acid Asp60 of myoglobin was replaced by Lys, which enhanced the polarity and exposure extent of aromatic amino acids of myoglobin, and the decay process of myoglobin molecules which were excited from non-radiative decay to radiative decay.

    The storage temperature and humidity of the cellulose acetate film file serve as the key factors affecting the long-term preservation of the film. The valuable film files are suffering the harm of acetic acid syndrome in most archives in China because the technology and concept of the preservation film files do not achieve the ideal preservation condition that is recommended by the international standard organization. In the present study, the cellulose acetate film, which is made in China in the 1980s, is selected to serve as experimental sample and to study the effect of actual temperature and humidity on the film base and emulsion layer. The results show that the film base and emulsion layer cause varying degrees of damage when the actual temperature is higher than 20℃ and the relative humidity is higher than 60%. Moreover, the contained information of film emulsion layer is seriously damaged at the condition of high humidity. This work will provide some guidance for the preservation of film archives.

    With phenylglyoxylic acid and 2959 as raw materials, a novel photoinitiator (BF-2959) was synthesized by esterification, and characterized by UV, FTIR, NMR and elemental analysis. The optimized synthetic conditions of BF-2959 is that phenylglyoxylic acid and 2959 mole ratio is 1:1.1 and dissolved in toluene with methanesulfonic acid as catalyst, when react at 105℃ for about 6 h, then the yield is 92.1%. The product is colorless and transparent liquid, and the compatibility with resins is good. The maximum ultraviolet absorption peak is at 246.1 nm. In the UV coating test, the optimum dosage of BF-2959 was 4%, the conversion rate of the B-206 polyurethane resins and TMPTA monomer polymerization was 93%.

    Poly(glycerol monomethacrylate) (PGMA) and sodium phenyl-2,4,6-tri-methylbenzoylphosphinate (SPTP) were used as macro-RAFT agent and initiator, respectively. A series of poly(glycerol monomethacrylate)-b-poly (2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate) (PGMA-b-PHPMA) diblock copolymer nano-objects were prepared by aqueous visible light-mediated RAFT dispersion polymerization of HPMA. The kinetic of PISA was investigated, and a remarkably diverse set of complex morphologies (spheres, worms, and vesicles) have been prepared by aqueous photo-PISA under mild conditions (water medium, visible light, and room temperature), then the effect of reaction conditions on the morphology of nano-objects was investigated. The polymerization can be activated or deactivated by a simple "ON/OFF" switch of the light source.

    Gd2O2S:Tb3+ micro/submicro crystals were prepared by high temperature solid phase method and the effects of reaction conditions on the crystals' growth and its luminescence properties were investigated. By means of characterization methods of field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), the X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and fluorescence spectroscopy (PL), the results obtained show that each factor such as reaction time, temperature and Tb3+ doping quantity in the Gd2O2S:Tb3+ crystals' growth et. al. has obviously effect on the luminescence properties. The sample doped with 7% of Tb3+, which was synthesized at 900℃ for 4 h has the optimal fluorescence performance. The Gd2O2S:Tb3+ synthesized as above has excellent luminescent properties:a strong emission peak at λ=543 nm appears when the crystals were excited by 254 nm light, which corresponds to Tb3+(5D47F5) transition.

    In this paper,poly(glycerol monomethacrylate) (PGMA) was used as the macromolecular chain transfer agent, 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA) and 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) were used as monomers to prepare CO2-responsive vesicles via aqueous photoinitiated polymerization-induced self-assembly at room temperature. Kinetic study confirmed that full monomer conversion was achieved after 10 min of visible light irradiation (405 nm, 0.5 mW/cm2). Moreover, the effect of DMAEMA on the polymerization was also studied in detail. Finally, the CO2-responsive property of the obtained vesicles was studied by visual appearance, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).

    Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor was a new method for detecting 3-indole acetic acid (IAA). We adopted two kinds of indole acetic acid SPR biosensors to detect IAA:Traditional sensor 1 and Au/Ag alloy nanoparticles based sensor 2. Sensor 1:The wavenumber shifts were linearly proportional to the IAA concentration in a range from 175 to 350 μg/L with a detection limit of 25 μg/L (S/N=3). Sensor 2:The wavenumber shifts were linearly proportional to the IAA concentration in a range from 17.5 to 250 μg/L with a detection limit of 2.2 μg/L (S/N=3). The results showed that the sensor 2 based on Au/Ag alloy nanoparticles had higher sensitivity and lower detection limit than the the sensor 1. The rate of standard addition recovery was 96%-100.2%, the average was 98.4%. The prepared SPR biosensor had good precision, stability, repeatability and specificity.

    The solution CdTe quantum dots (Dots) with high quantum yield and good homogeneous distribution conjugate meso-tetrakis(N-methylpyridinium-4-yl) porphyrin (TMPyP) to construct QDs-TMPyP nanocomplex. The QDs-TMPyP nanocomplex was achieved to detection of DNA by photo induced electron-transfer (PIET) process. CdTe QDs and CdTe QDs-TMPyP showed a remarkable inhibition for the proliferation of cancer cells in vitro at higher concentrations, but only small effects at lower concentrations. The cells viabilities of HeLa cells were above 92% under treated with lower than 1.0 μmol/L CdTe QDs and CdTe QDs-TMPyP for 24 h. The HeLa cancer cells treated with 0.2 μmol/L CdTe QDs-TMPyP were found to contain Cd and Te atoms by EDS analysis. The uptake of CdTe QDs-TMPyP was easier than CdTe QDs in HeLa cancer cells. The CdTe QDs-TMPyP nanocomplex was successfully achieved in HeLa cells fluorescent imaging, which lays the foundation for the drug delivery and cell imaging.

    A kind of photosensitive anionic surfactant was synthesized using 4-butylaniline, ethyl bromacetate andphenol. Its structure was identified by 1HNMR and its properties were also measured. It was found that photoisomerization of the surfactant occurred under the irradiation of ultraviolet light and its time to make balance was about 40 min. After the irradiation of ultraviolet light, the values of cmc, γcmc and Amin increased and the values of Гmax, pC20 and the contact angle on thecalcite surface decreased.

    Discotic liquid crystal molecules generally have a planar discotic structure and can self-organize to form ordered columnar phase, which makes these molecules have special properties and a wide range of applications in the photoelectric conversion, organic semiconductors and liquid crystal magnetic materials. Therefore, these materials attract more and more attention. In this paper, the structures and properties of discotic liquid crystal molecules with alkynyl side chains reported in domestic and foreign literatures in the past ten years were summarized, especially focusing on the effects of the alkynyl groups in different positions on the properties of the discotic liquid crystal molecules.

    CQDs have the characteristics of easy preparation, low toxicity, high chemical inertia, stable fluorescence properties and so on. CQDs and other carbon nanomaterials (such as fullerene, carbon nanotubes and graphene) have attracted the attention of researchers. The synthesis, properties, modification and application of CQDs are discussed in this paper, especially on the Up Conversion Photoluminescence that long wavelength excitation can emit short wavelength. Some implications for the synthesis, modification and application of CQDs based on up conversion photoluminescence are discussed in this paper too.
