Tannic acid (TA) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) were used to prepare a photosensitive tannic acid (pTA) containing double bonds through ring-opening reaction. The pTA modified photosensitive carbon nanotubes (pTA/MWCNTs) with good dispersibility were adsorbed onto carbon nanotubes through π-π noncovalent interaction. The as-prepared pTA/MWCNTs was subsequently incorporated into acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) covalently via UV curing technology. Modification of MWCNTs by pTA not only improves the dispersibility of MWCNTs, but also introduces double bonds, which enables pTA/MWCNTs to participate in the photocuring process, improves the interfacial adhesion between carbon nanotubes and AESO matrix and plays a better role in enhancing AESO. The effect of pTA/MWCNTs addition on photocuring kinetics and film properties of AESO composite was also studied. The results showed that the addition of pTA/MWCNTs improved the mechanical properties of photocuring epoxy resin. When the amount of pTA/MWCNTs was 0.8%(mass fraction), the enhancement effect on the film was the best. Compared with pure AESO, the tensile modulus of the film increased 390% and the tensile strength increased 110%.

In this paper, the glycidyl ester of versatic acid (E10p) was used to modify the alkali-soluble epoxy acrylates resin, then the modified resin was applied to the solder resist ink to improve its resolution and resistance undercut. The results showed that the modified resin exhibits exceptional photosensitivity, good heat resistance and flexibility. Compared with unmodified resin, the solder resist ink prepared with the modified resin improved the resolution from 75 μm line spacing to 50 μm, and reduced the resistance undercut from 37.5 μm to 24.5 μm, showing higher resolution and better side erosion resistance.

Aiming at the space location based on monocular vision system, a method by using standard plane mirror to make space measurement is introduced. First, the principle of camera calibration is presented, by taking the fringe reflection test system, a physical model for measuring the space position of the LED screen with a standard mirror is studied. Then, based on the uncertainty experiment of camera calibration, the 3D space position measurement of the fringe reflection system is completed. Experimental results show that the measuring range of the monocular vision system is expanded and the system construct is more compact.

The poor dispersion of graphene in the polymer matrix is an important reason restricting its application, especially when the content of graphene is high, agglomeration is unavoidable. In this paper, difunctional photopolymerible ionic liquid (DPIL) monomers were synthesized by quaternization, nucleophilic substitution and anion exchange reaction. Then, DPIL was used to disperse graphene and combined with photocurable epoxy acrylate resin 6215-100 to prepare a composite coating formulation with different proportions of graphene and DPIL. The coating formulations is cured on a glass substrate to form a film by UV curing method. The structure of DPIL was confirmed by attenuated total reflection flourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) and nuclearmagnetic resonance spectroscopy (1HNMR). The photopolymerization kinetics of the formulation, the thermal properties of the coating, and the dispersion of graphene were characterized by real-time infrared spectroscopy (RTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and microscopy. The results show that DPIL has a good promoting effect on the dispersion of graphene, and the coating exhibits a good thermal properties with the content of graphene (1% and 3%).

Yunnan province is located at the block boundaries, with active tectonic activity and frequent seismic activity. After using the "time-frequency relative power spectrum" (T-F RPS) method based on Chinese Geostationary Meteorological Satellite infrared remote sensing brightness temperature data processing, we rapidly and accurately extracted and identified pre-earthquake thermal infrared anomalies information of earthquakes above Ms 5.5 since 2008 in Yunnan Province. The parameters such as feature period, feature amplitude, abnormal form and abnormal evolution process are compared and analyzed. The results show that:(1) we can extract and identify seismic thermal infrared anomaly information by time-frequency relative power spectrum method(T-F RPS).The abnormal features obey the rule of "occurred-expand-recede-disappeared". (2) The characteristic period and duration of anomaly have some regularity. (3) The abnormal expand along the fault, and the epicenter is located on the side of the abnormal edge or at the intersection of the abnormal area. The origin time is mostly in the decreasing phase of relative power spectrum. (4) The magnitude is correlated with the peak of relative power spectrum. The higher the magnitude, the higher the value. (5) There is a certain correlation between the type of earthquake and the abnormal area. The anomaly area of double-seismic is large. In addition, we also discuss the relationship between thermal infrared anomalies of earthquakes and tectonic activities, climatic conditions, weather conditions and seasons.

After improvement and development for 20 years, inkjet technology has been the major printing technology in wide-format advertising and printing industry. Through the rapid development of book print-on-demand requirement and national environmental policy coming to application, more and more focus have been given to inkjet print technology as a high effective and environmental digital printing technology. However, compared to mature multiple pass inkjet press, single pass press has extremely highest requirements in data bandwidth, data on-line restructure, high-resolution synchronous control and nozzle on-line compensation. Inkjet printing technology was firstly introduced in this article. Then responding solution was proposed according to the technology problem of single pass press. The single pass book inkjet press designed with the proposed technology had been sold into the market, and gained common acceptance from customers.

A cationic surfactant with an azobenzene group was prepared, which is AZO. Its molecule structure was identified by 1HNMR. The surface properties and foam stability were measured before and after UV light irritation. The photoisomerization of the azo-benzene group happened under the UV irradiation. After the UV irradiation, the Гmax values decreased, the values of cmc and γcmc increased and the foam stability decreased. The results showed that the surface properties and the foam stability of the surfactant can be controlled using the different light irradiation.

In recent years, with the serious surplus of manufacturing capacity, our government has paid more and more attention to environmental protection. In this case, the traditional oil paint system has been greatly impacted which leads to the rapid development of UV curing technology. Bio-based material is a kind of renewable resource. In the future, the development and application of bio-based materials become an inevitable trend with less and less non-renewable resources. The biomaterials were introduces into the UV curing prepolymer system here. The basic physicochemical properties of bio-prepolymer cured films were compared to abiotic based ones under the similar structural conditions. At last, the experimental results were summarized.

Fluorosilicone has very low surface energy, poor solubility with common hydrocarbon compounds in UV coating. So they can easily move to the surface of coating film during the process of pre-heating and UV photocuring, realizing the hydrophobicity and oleophobicity. The common UV anti-stain additives include organofluoro compound and organosilicone compound, and their structural difference could affect the hydrophobicity and oleophobicity. Three kinds of UV anti-stain additives were studied in this paper, C1607 with polydimethylsiloxane chain, KY1203 with Z-type perfluoropolyether chain, C1603 with the K-type perfluoropolyether chain. And then they were mixed with common UV coating compounds and cured with UV machine. The effects of structure difference on the hydrophobicity and oleophobicity were researched. It was found that polydimethylsiloxane chain had the best flexibility and movability, and had the good hydryophobicity with low concentration, so it can only be used in low-level water-proof and oil-proof coatings. The UV anti-stain additive based on perfluoropolyether has the more better hydrophobicity and oleophobicity than silicone. The UV anti-stain additive based on K-type perfluoropolyether has the much better hydrophobicity and oleophobicity than Z-type perfluoropolyether with high additive content.
