Mildew is one of the common diseases of photographic negatives, which seriously affects the 9 integrity and clarity of its recorded information and endangers its long-term preservation. In this paper, the surface morphology on the back coating of moldy photographic negatives were studied by Keyence VK-X250K laser confocal microscope, and the surface roughness parameters such as arithmetical mean height (Sa), maximum height (Sz), texture aspect ratio (Str), arithmetic mean peak curvature (Spc), developed interfacial area ratio (Sdr) were tested. The results showed that the back coating of the film is seriously eroded by mold after mildew, forming a rough and uneven surface. This rough surface is one of the main reasons for the damage of the clarity and integrity of the photographic negative records image information.

The advantages of all-opticalization with its fast transmission processing have become the current research hotspot. Among them, all-optical switches play an important role in all-optolight. In this paper, the energy band of photonic crystal structure is calculated by plane wave expansion method and super-cell technology, and the forbidden band characteristics are analyzed. Through the analysis of the energy band characteristics of several photonic crystals, the design research of all-optical switch based on tetragonal crystal structures is determined. Based on the tetragonal system structure, the 15 all-optical switch structure with waveguide and cavity coupling is designed. The time domain finite difference method is used to simulate the electromagnetic field distribution map. On the basis of this, the structure was optimized and the performance of the switch was slightly improved. By studying the forbidden band characteristics of photonic crystals and analyzing the simulation results of all-optical switches, it can be determined that the nonlinear Kerr effect based on photonic crystals can design an all-optical switch structure with excellent switching performance and reduce the size and reaction time of all-optical switch.

As a key component of photocuring system, a photobase generator has an important influence on the photocuring rate and properties of the cured materials. In this paper, a novel unimolecular amidine-based photobase generator, containing a xanthone as a chromophore and DBN as a latent active base functionality, was designed and synthesized. The photophysical and photochemical 27 behaviors were systematically investigated. The results show that the synthesized photobase generator has strong absorption at 345 nm, and the DBN released after photolysis can effectively catalyze the polymerization of thiol-epoxy system. Compared with the commercial latent benzyl amidine photobase generator, the introduced xanthone chromophore makes the absorption wavelength red shift, matching with the 365 nm LED light. Compared with the ionic thioxantone-based photobase generator, the nonionic photobase generator does not produce CO2 after photolysis, which offer it great potentials for various applications.

Nondestructive testing technology has gone through three stages of development, nondestructive inspection, nondestructive testing and nondestructive evaluation. At present, NDT is generally referred to the nondestructive technology collectively, rather than referring specifically to the second stage mentioned above. Non-destructive testing technology plays an irreplaceable role in product quality control, and a wide range of applications developed in the manufacturing and inspection of aerospace equipment, as well as applied in the manufacturing and welding of pressure equipment. As one of the "black technology" in aerospace technology, a series of industrial non-destructive flaw detection X-ray films, with cube and T-particle silver halide, produced by Lucky Healthcare Corporation, a subsidiary of China Aerospace Technology Co. Ltd., has been serving for many years in traditional x-ray detection as same as the several other famous multinational photosensitive 46 materials enterprises. This paper introduces the development of NDT technology, testing methods, and its application in aerospace and railway bridges.

In this paper, the abdominal ultrasound testing and its guidance on the timing of uterine curettage for patients with intrauterine residue after medical abortion were investigated. 164 cases of patients with intrauterine residue after medical abortion enrolled in the department of gynecology of our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects. All patients received abdominal ultrasound testing, the abnormal intrauterine echogenic mass, intrauterine blood flow signal and spectrum were observed, the treatment and pathological results were recorded. Patients were divided into successful group and the outcome group, and the influencing factors of conservative treatment failed to uterine curettage were analysed by multi-factor logistic regression. Results showed that, among the 164 cases of patients, 79(48.17%) cases were detected with nourish blood flow by ultrasonography, 47(59.49%) cases received uterine curettage, and 32(40.51%) received curettage treatment when the conservative treatment failed. 85(51.83%) cases were detected without nourish blood flow by ultrasonography, 73(85.88%) cases received conservative treatment, and 12 (14.12%) received curettage treatment after conservative treatment failed. There were statistically significant differences on vaginal bleeding time, duration of vaginal bleeding, number of miscarriages, intrauterine residue, and detection rate of nourish blood flow in presentation successful group (n=73) and the outcome group (n=44) (P<0.05). Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that vaginal bleeding time, number of miscarriages, intrauterine residue, and ultrasonography detected with nourish blood flow were the independent influencing factors of conservative treatment failed to uterine curettage (P<0.05). This study confirms that abdominal ultrasonography shows the presence of nourish blood flow signal in abnormal echogenic mass can be used as a surgical indication for uterine curettage of patients with intrauterine residue after medical abortion, it is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients.

The relationships between crown buccal-lingual diameter, proximal-distal mid-diameter and occlusal surface morphology and root and root canal types of maxillary second molars was studied by three-dimensional reconstruction of CBCT images. The CBCT images of 220 patients (410 maxillary second molars) were collected. The morphology of maxillary second molars was observed after enlarging the horizontal images to 400% on sagittal plane, and the number of root canals and fusion were recorded. Three-dimensional reconstruction of the CBCT images of the maxillary second molars was performed to observe and measure the morphology of the crown and occlusal surface, and to analyze the relationship between the buccal and lingual diameters, distal and distal diameters of the crown and occlusal surface morphology and root and root canal types. Of 200 subjects with maxillary second molars on both sides, 88% (176/200) had completely symmetrical root canal types. Of 410 maxillary second molars, 46.83% (192/410) had three root canals, 54.39% (223/410) had three independent root canals, 42.20% (173/410) had root fusion, and 82.44% (338/410) had three root canals. The buccal and lingual diameters of the crowns of the maxillary second molars with different root canal types were different (P<0.05). The proximal and distal diameters of the crowns of the maxillary second molars with single root canal were different (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the proximal and distal diameters of the crowns of the other root canal types (P>0.05). Among 410 maxillary second molars, occlusal surface morphology was classified as oblique 64.15% (263/410), square 11.95% (49/410), circular triangle 13.17% (54/410), oval 10.73% (44/410). Among them, the root of the round triangle is mostly single and double, the oval is mostly double, and the square and oblique are mostly three. The occlusal morphology of maxillary second molars with different root numbers was different (P<0.05). In a word, the buccal and lingual diameters, distal and distal diameters and occlusal surfaces of maxillary second molars are related to root and root canal types. Three-dimensional reconstruction of CBCT images of maxillary second molars can be used to determine the root and root canal types of maxillary second molars by using the anatomical morphology of crowns, which can provide a reference for root canal therapy.

To investigate the effect of PRP combined with intravitreal injection of Conbercept on visual function recovery in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR), 86 patients (86 eyes) with PDR were selected from August 2016 to August 2018. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into operation group and combination group, 43 cases each. The operation group was treated with PRP guided by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) with Carl Zeiss Meditec AG laser therapy instrument, while the combined group was treated with 0.1 mL of Conbercept injected into vitreous cavity 72 hours before operation. The visual acuity of the two groups was measured by ETDRS visual acuity meter, non-contact tonometer, optical coherence tomography (OCT) and FFA before and 4 months after operation. The incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was analyzed. Four months after operation, the visual acuity and CMT of the two groups were changed compared with those before operation, and the vision of the combined group was significantly improved compared with that of the operation group, while CMT was significantly decreased compared with the operation group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Retinal non-perfusion area and the disappearance rate of neovascularization in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the operation group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications such as retinal detachment, ocular hypertension and retinal hemorrhage was 4.65% in the combined group, which was significantly lower than 23.26% in the operation group (P<0.05). PRP combined with intravitreal injection of Conbercept in the treatment of PDR can significantly improve the visual acuity of patients, reduce CMT, promote the formation of no perfusion area or the regression of neovascularization, delay the proliferation of retinal neovascularization, improve visual function, and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.

This paper discussed the application value of resting brain functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) in evaluating resting brain function changes in patients with post-stroke epilepsy. 125 Eighty patients with post-stroke epilepsy admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 53 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups completed the rs-fMRI examination, we collected relevant data, calculated and compared the amplitude of low frequency fluctuations (ALFF) values of the whole brain of the two groups. The resting state functional connectivity (rsFC) between ALFF and all voxels in cerebellum (cerebellum) was calculated and compared. Compared with the control group, the ALFF in the right anterior cuneiform lobe and left middle frontal gyrus increased significantly, while ALFF in the right hippocampus, right cerebellar foot area 2 and left cerebellum area 4/5 decreased significantly in patients with post-stroke epilepsy (P<0.05). The ALFF differentially located areas (right hippocampus, right anterior cuneiform lobe and left middle frontal gyrus) were used as seed areas, the rsFC values in left cerebellum area 8 and right cerebellum area 4/5 were significantly increased in patients with post-stroke epilepsy (P<0.05). The seed regions were ALFF differential regions (right cerebellar foot 2 and left cerebellar 4/5), the rsFC values of the left inferior frontal gyrus and the right middle temporal gyrus were significantly lower in patients with post-stroke epilepsy (P<0.05). The results show that the functional connectivity of multiple brain areas between the brain and cerebellum of patients with post-stroke epilepsy has changed. rs-fMRI can objectively evaluate the changes of resting brain function of patients, and provide imaging basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation.

The results of the study showed, the diagnostic agreement rate for MRI and CEUS assessment of gastric cancer T staging was 91.67%, which has the high consistency; MRI and CEUS have a high agreement in left and right diameter, longitudinal axis diameter and anteroposterior diameter of the lesions, and there was no significant difference between two methods. The diagnostic agreement rates of CEUS and MRI for the invasion of the transverse colon and its mesentery, liver/spleen, duodenum/pancreas have a high consistency. This study confirmed that CEUS and MRI have a high consistency in the assessment of gastric cancer T stage, lesion size and surrounding tissue invasion.

To analyze the MRI findings and diagnostic value of traumatic knee joint recessive fractures, this study retrospectively analyzed 55 patients with traumatic knee joint recessive fractures from 138 January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital. The clinical data were analyzed by MRI and multi-slice spiral CT. The surgical results were used as reference. The diagnostic value and specific imaging findings of MRI in traumatic knee joint fractures were analyzed. According to the operation, there were 34 cases of occult subcortical fractures, 14 cases of cortical fractures and 7 cases of osteochondral fractures in 55 patients with traumatic knee joint fracture. The coincidence rate of MRI was higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT (P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the two imaging methods were compared, and the MRI was higher than the multi-slice spiral CT, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The magnetic resonance imaging of the traumatic knee joint recessive fractures is as follows:there are a large number of map-like, grid-like or linear signal areas in the recessive subcortical fractures, the boundary is blurred but the osteoarticular surface is intact; the cortical fracture is interrupted by a low signal band, and there is a strong contrast in bone marrow high signal; osteochondral fractures are multi-level or continuous disruption. According to this, the magnetic resonance imaging findings of traumatic knee joint recessive fractures are characterized by diversity. It is not difficult to identify them carefully and can be used as a preferred diagnostic tool.

This paper is to investigate the diagnostic value of superb microvascular imaging (SMI) and contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in microblood flow and ultramicro-blood vessels in breast cancer. 106 cases (106 masses) of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI), CEUS and SMI before operation. The diagnostic accuracy of SMI and CEUS in breast cancer and the display of blood flow signals and perforating vessels in the lesions were compared. The results show that among 106 cases of breast cancer (106 masses), the diagnostic accuracy of SMI and CEUS for breast cancer was 79.25% and 83.96%, respectively, with no significant difference (P>0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of SMI combined with CEUS in breast cancer was 96.23%, which was significantly higher than that of single SMI or CEUS (P<0.05). On the display of blood flow signals, 64 blood flow signals were not rich and 42 blood flow signals were rich detected by SMI. CEUS showed low enhancement in 64 cases, equal enhancement and high enhancement in 42 cases respectively. SMI and CEUS had good consistency in evaluating microvascular and blood flow in breast cancer lesions (P<0.05). On the display of perforating vessels, 44 cases were detected by SMI and 34 cases by CDFI. SMI could clearly detect 10 perforating vessels which could not be detected by CDFI. Research shows:SMI and CEUS have good consistency in the diagnosis of microvascular and blood supply in breast cancer lesions, and have high diagnostic value for breast cancer. The combined examination of SMI and CEUS is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.

The diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging in placenta implantation was analyzed in this study. 64 patients with placenta implants admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects. Color Doppler ultrasound 150 diagnosis, magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis, color Doppler ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis were performed. The surgical results were used as reference. The coincidence rate, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and Yoden index of the three diagnostic protocols were compared. Surgery results confirmed that there were 15 cases of adhesive placenta, 30 cases of implanted placenta and 19 cases of penetrating placenta in the 64 cases of placenta-implanted patients. The sequence of diagnose coincidence rate was:color Doppler ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging > magnetic resonance imaging > color Doppler ultrasound, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). And the sequence of sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, Yoden index of three diagnostic protocols was:color Doppler ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging > magnetic Resonance imaging > color Doppler ultrasound, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In conclusion, color Doppler ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging is the best method in the diagnosis of placenta implantation, and it is a preferred imaging diagnosis scheme, which is worthy of popularization.
