The application value of two-dimensional ultrasound (2DUS) combined with time-intensity curve (TIC) parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast intraductal lesions were analyzed in this study. There were 81 patients with breast intraductal lesions (93 focus) who were examined by 2DUS and CEUS. The results showed that 48 benign lesions and 17 malignant lesions were detected by 2DUS. The diagnostic accuracy was 69.89% (65/93), sensitivity was 53.13% (17/32), specificity was 78.69% (48/61), positive predictive value was 56.67% (17/30), negative predictive value was 76.19% (48/63). The peak time of CEUS-TIC parameters of malignant lesions was earlier than that of benign lesions, and the peak intensity, slope of ascending branch and area under curve were higher than those of benign lesions (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC, sensitivity and specificity of 2DUS combined with CEUS-TIC parameters in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast intraductal lesions were higher than those of single examination (P<0.05). It can be concluded that for breast intraductal lesions, 2DUS combined with CEUS can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency on benign and malignant tumor.

In this research, 106 patients with DTC were selected as the thyroid cancer group, and 106 patients with thyroid adenoma in the same period were selected as the thyroid adenoma group. The ultrasound elastography parameters (elasticity ratio, blue area ratio), serum midkine (MK) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels of patients in two groups were tested and compared. The study found that the elasticity ratio, blue area ratio, serum MK, and VEGF levels were related to lymph node metastasis, capsule invasion and clinical staging in DTC patients (P<0.05). The area under the curve (AUC) for the combined diagnosis of DTC by elasticity ratio, blue area ratio, serum MK and VEGF levels is 0.888. In tissues of DTC patients, elasticity ratio, blue area ratio, serum MK and VEGF levels were positively correlated with the expression of chemokine receptor (CXCR) 4, disaggregated metalloproteinase (ADAM) 9 and targeting Xklp2 target protein (TPX2) gene, while negatively correlated with the expression of programmed cell death factor (PDCD) 4 gene. It was suggested that the up-regulation of ultrasound elastography parameters, serum MK and VEGF levels may evaluate the condition of patients with DTC and the degree of tumor malignancy. The combination of the three has a reliable diagnostic value for DTC and can provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

A total of 74 patients with ACI in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, they were divided into severe group (NIHSS score >15 points, n=21), moderate group (NIHSS score 5-15 points, n=24), and mild group (NIHSS score <5 points, n=29). All received the detection of serum copeptin, IL-18 levels and spiral CT imaging. The results showed that with the aggravation of ACI neurological deficits, serum copeptin and interleukin 18 (IL-18) levels and peak time increased, while CBV and CBF decreased abnormally. The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of serum IL-18 combined with CBF to predict poor prognosis of ACI patients was the largest. It can be seen that there is a certain correlation between spiral CT imaging parameters, serum copeptin, IL-18 and the neurological function of ACI patients. The combination of the three provides the possibility to achieve individualized treatment of ACI patients and improve the prognosis.

This article discusses the predictive value of enhanced inner ear magnetic resonance 3D-FLAIR characteristics for the prognosis of sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL)patients. This study took 89 single-ear SNHL patients as the research object. All patients underwent 3D-FLAIR examination and related data, and they were followed up for 6 months after a complete cycle of treatment. The results showed that of the 87 patients who completed the follow-up, 64 had a good prognosis and 23 had a poor prognosis. The average pure tone audiometry threshold (PTA) and the proportion of abnormal membrane labyrinth structure in water imaging scan of patients with good prognosis were significantly lower than those of patients with poor prognosis, and there were also significant differences in 3D-FLAIR scan results between the two groups (P<0.05). PTA and 3D-FLAIR scanning signals are independent factors affecting the prognosis of SNHL patients. PTA, 3D-FLAIR and the combination of the two have good predictive value for the prognosis of patients (P<0.05). The combined detection of AUC was significantly greater than PTA and 3D-FLAIR, and the Youden index was higher than PTA and 3D-FLAIR. It shows that 3D-FLAIR has a certain predictive power for the prognosis of SNHL patients, but it still needs to be combined with other effective detection methods to further improve the effect of judging the prognosis of SNHL patients.

A total of 108 patients with endometrial cancer were selected as the observation group, and 105 patients with benign endometrial lesions in the same period were selected as the control group. DCE-MRI examinations were performed and found that the volume transfer constant (Ktrans), rate constant (Kep), and extravascular extracellular space volume ratio (Ve) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The area under the curve (AUC) of the combined diagnosis of Ktrans, Kep, and Ve was 0.841. The values of Ktrans, Kep, and Ve were positively correlated with clinical stage and the degree of myometrial infiltration, while negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation (P<0.05). These results suggested that the quantitative parameters of DCE-MRI had a certain value in the differential diagnosis of endometrial cancer, which helped to distinguish the degree of myometrial invasion in patients with endometrial cancer, as well as the clinical stage and degree of differentiation.

In order to explore the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules, 82 patients with suspected thyroid nodules were selected as the research objects. This study compared the results of high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound with the pathological results. The ROC curve was drawn, and the diagnostic efficiency of high frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules was analyzed. The results showed that the difference between pathology and high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound was not statistically significant (P>0.05). High frequency ultrasound distinguished benign and malignant thyroid nodules by their structure, echo, shape, margin and calcification. ROC curve analysis results showed that high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound had the highest area under the curve (AUC) in thyroid benign and malignant nodules. Nevertheless, high-frequency ultrasound had the highest specificity (98.33%), and color Doppler Ultrasound had the highest sensitivity (86.36%). In conclusion, high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.

The purpose of this article is to explore the value of echocardiography (TTE), phrenic activity (DE) ultrasound and serum N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) in predicting the outcome of patients with invasive mechanical ventilation after extubation. In this study, 85 patients undergoing invasive mechanical ventilation due to respiratory failure were selected as the research group. TTE ultrasound examination, DE ultrasound examination and SBT test were performed respectively to observe the outcome of patients after extubation. The results showed that among the 85 patients, 30.59% were unsuccessful and 69.41% were successful. After the SBT test, the E, E/e' and NT-proBNP values of the failed extubation group were higher than those of the successful extubation group (P<0.05), while DE value was lower than that of the successful extubation group (P<0.05). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that E/e', DE and Nt-proBNP were all influencing factors (P<0.05). In addition, the ROC curve showed that the the combined AUC of E/e', DE, NT-proBNP predicting the failure was 0.989, which was higher than any single test. It suggested that the predictive value of cardiac and DE ultrasound combined with serum NT-proBNP for successful extubation of patients with invasive mechanical ventilation was relatively high.

To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with Fibroscan scoring system in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B fibrosis, a total of 300 patients with chronic hepatitis B undergoing ultrasound-guided liver biopsy were selected, among which 235 patients had liver fibrosis (observation group) and 65 patients didn't have liver fibrosis (control group). The color Doppler ultrasound parameters[including main portal vein diameter (mPVD), splenic vein diameter (SVD), main portal vein blood flow (mPBF), mean velocity of main portal vein (mPVm), portal vein congestion index (CI), mean velocity of splenic vein (sVm), splenic vein blood flow (sVBF)] and liver stiffness measurement (LSM) of two groups were statistically analyzed, as well as the parameters between different liver fibrosis stages. The results showed that the AUC of combined diagnosis of CHB liver fibrosis was the highest, which was 0.876 (P<0.05). SVD, mPVD, CI, LSM were positively correlated with liver fibrosis stage, mPVm was negatively correlated with liver fibrosis stage (P<0.05). The AUC of liver fibrosis stage diagnosed by LSM was the largest (P<0.05). It can be seen that using color Doppler ultrasound and FibroScan directional instantaneous elastography system, which detected SVD, mPVD, CI, mPVm, and LSM, can effectively diagnose CHB liver fibrosis. And each parameter is closely related to the degree of liver fibrosis. The combined detection is expected to be a non-invasive method for evaluating liver fibrosis and severity.

A total of 194 patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma were enrolled and include in the small hepatocellular carcinoma group. In addition, 185 patients with hepatocellular nodules were included in the nodule group. All patients underwent diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI-MRI) to evaluate the morphological performance and ADC value on DWI-MRI. Serum AFP levels were also detected. The accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of DWI-MRI, AFP, and combination of those were compared. The results showed that the diagnostic specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of DWI-MRI combined with serum AFP were significantly higher than that of DWI-MRI, or serum AFP alone (P<0.05). The above results suggest that DWI-MRI combined with serum AFP has significant diagnostic value for small hepatocellular carcinoma, which can provide a practical reference for disease evaluation.

In this research, 103 uterine sarcoma (US) patients were selected as the observation group, and 103 patients with benign uterine fibroids were selected as the control group. The value of MRI multi-parameters in the differential diagnosis of US and benign uterine fibroids were explored, as well as the relationship between the MRI parameters and the malignancy of tumor cells. The time to peak (TTP) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. TTP and ADC showed a downward trend with the increase of clinical stage, while the relative expression of TopoⅡα, AgNOR, PDGFα, and Matriptase mRNA showed an increasing trend with the increase of clinical stage. TP, ADC were negatively correlated with TopoⅡα, AgNOR, PDGFα and Matriptase mRNA relative expression. And the combined AUC value of TTP and ADC was the largest in differential diagnosis of US and benign uterine fibroids. These results indicated that there were significant differences in MRI parameters between US and benign uterine fibroids. TTP and ADC values are directly related to the activities of proliferation molecules and invasion molecules, which can provide data support for clinical differential diagnosis.

The neovascularization in carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with chronic renal insufficiency was evaluated by using superb microvascular imaging (SMI) and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS).318 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were selected as the research objects, and 322 plaques were examined by SMI and CEUS to evaluate the detection of neovascularization. The results showed that the neovascularization appeared mainly in the hypoecho plaque and the mixed echo plaque with hypoechoic dominant, and the apparent rate was higher than that in the hyperechoic plaque group (P<0.01).The two methods were basically consistent in the classification of neovascularization. CEUS and SMI can detect more unstable atherosclerotic plaques, risk of atherosclerotic plaque instability increases as the intensity of ultrasound-enhanced and neovascularization in SMI increases, and the risk of patients with chronic renal insufficiency having ischemic encephalopathy increases accordingly.

This paper analyzed the predictive value of electrocardiogram combined with neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) on the prognosis of patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction after PCI. 180 patients with acute anterior wall AMI who underwent PCI were selected to observe the changes of ECG and NLR levels. Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between ECG changes, NLR levels and prognosis. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was 17.78% in 180 patients; 113 patients had NLR level >3; ECG changes such as ventricular premature beat, atrial premature beat, fragmented QRS complex, ST segment elevation, ST segment depression, QRS interval ≥ 110 ms, QT dispersion ≥ 80 ms and other ECG changes.NLR level >3, ventricular premature contraction, fragmented QRS complex, QRS interval ≥ 110 ms, QT dispersion ≥ 80 ms were predictive independent risk factors of adverse cardiovascular events. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with cardiovascular risk score ≥ 2 was significantly lower than that in patients with ECG risk score <2 (P<0.05). The maximum Youden index (0.36) was obtained when the NLR level was 2.98 at admission, with a sensitivity of 88.54% and a specificity of 73.12%. When NLR >3 or ECG risk score ≥ 2, the risk of adverse cardiovascular events is great, which has a certain predictive value for the prognosis of patients.

It was found that the full-onset cerebral blood flow (CBF) and low-frequency amplitude (ALFF) of the research group < partial seizure < control group, the levels of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), and cognitive function (MMSE) scores < partial seizure < control group, serum neuropeptide Y (NPY) > partial seizure > control group (P<0.05); and CBF and ALFF in patients with epilepsy were positively correlated with BDNF, IGF-1, MMSE, and negatively correlated with NPY. The combination of CBF and ALFF had high application value in diagnosing seizures and identifying different types of seizures. It can be seen that 3D-ASL perfusion imaging and rs-FMRI have high application value in the diagnosis and identification of seizure types.

Since its discovery, X-ray has been widely used in the field of medicine. However, medical X-ray is the most human radiation source, and radiation is considered to be an important risk factor for cancer and other diseases. At present, CT scan has been considered as the best examination technique for the diagnosis of rib fracture, but the radiation dose to human body has increased significantly. The radiation dose of CT scan can be reduced by reducing the current and voltage of the tube, increasing the pitch, setting according to the body mass index or noise level, and adopting the iterative reconstruction technology. At the same time, the preliminary experimental study on radiation sensitivity of biological individuals was carried out to explore the radiation injury mechanism of radiation sensitive population, and to avoid the radiation examination of radiation sensitive population as far as possible. In this paper, the research progress of low dose CT scanning in the examination of rib fractures is introduced and analyzed.

The effect of frequency doubled solid laser therapy on the clinical efficacy and CMT value change in patients with early branch retinal vein occlusion was studied. Thirty patients with branch retinal vein occlusion who received laser treatment were included in the laser group, and 30 patients who received routine treatment at the same time were included in the control group. The clinical curative effect, eyesight, CMT values change, fundus fluorescence angiography (FFA) check permeability and complications were compared between the two groups. The results showed that after treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment, visual acuity change at each time point, CMT value and penetration rate of FFA examination in the laser group were all better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Patients in both groups were followed up for 6 months, and the difference in complications was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The results indicate that the treatment of early branch retinal vein occlusion with frequency doubling solid laser has significant clinical efficacy, and can improve the visual acuity effectively and reduce the CMT value.

The correlation between the quantitative parameters of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) was analyzed in this study, as well as the diagnostic value of the parameters on pathological grade in brain gliomas. According to the pathological grade, 102 patients with brain gliomas were divided into low-grade group (47 cases) and high-grade group (55 cases). All patients were examined by MRI and DTI, through which the ADC, FA, rADC, rFA and rAD were measured. The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The results show that, the rADC, ADC, rAD, FA and rFA in high-grade group were lower than those of low-grade group (P<0.05). The positive expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in high-grade group were higher than those of low-grade group (P<0.05). The rADC, ADC, rAD, FA and rFA were negatively correlated with VEGF and MMP-9 expression (P<0.05). The AUC of rADC, ADC, rAD, FA and rFA in diagnosing the grade of brain glioma had a certain value (P<0.05). In conclusion, the quantitative parameters of DTI were correlated with the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in brain gliomas, which was helpful to diagnose the grade of brain glioma.

In this research, 108 patients with epileptic seizures in our hospital were selected as the research group, 82 healthy subjects were included as the control group. All of them were received 3D-ASL perfusion imaging, as well as serum homocysteine (Hcy) and neuropeptide (NPY) level detection. It was found that the cerebral blood flow (CBF) and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the serum Hcy and NPY levels were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was a certain correlation between CBF, Hcy, NPY and seizure type, EEG characteristics in patients with epileptic seizures (P<0.05). The course of disease, frequency of seizures, type of seizures, epileptic discharge, duration of seizures, type of medication, history of status epilepticus, education level, Hcy, NPY, CBF were all the important influencing factors of cognitive impairment in epilepsy (P<0.05). It can be seen that early joint detection of 3D-ASL perfusion imaging, serum Hcy and NPY can provide evidence-based guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment for epilepsy, as well as the assessment of disease severity and improvement of prognosis.

The differential value of ultrasound breast imaging reporting and data system (BI-RADS) combined with computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis of ≤ 2 cm benign and malignant breast lesions was studied. 184 patients with ≤ 2 cm breast lesions were selected as the subjects, and all patients were given ultrasound and CT examination. The pathological results as control, the differential value of ultrasound BI-RADS, CT and their combination in the diagnosis of ≤ 2 cm benign and malignant breast lesions was analyzed. The results of the pathological examination showed that there were 58 cases (31.52%) of breast cancer and 126 cases of benign breast lesions (68.48%). The detection rate of ultrasound was lower than that of CT, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the ultrasound BI-RADS combined with CT in the diagnosis of ≤ 2 cm benign and malignant breast lesions was 96.55%, 95.24%, 95.65%, it was significantly higher than the single of ultrasound BI-RADS or CT (P<0.05). This study confirms that ultrasound BI-RADS and CT have good differential value for ≤ 2 cm benign and malignant breast lesions, and the combination of them is more valuable.

The factors affecting the leakage of contrast agent in magnetic resonance enhanced scan and the related nursing problems were studied. 36 patients with contrast media leakage were in the experimental group, and 30 patients without contrast media leakage were in the control group. Clinical data of the two groups was collected and analyzed. The results showed that the contrast agent leakage in the experimental group was higher than in the control group (P<0.05) in patients with age ≤ 10 years old or ≥ 65 years old, patients with vascular diseases and neoplastic diseases, puncture veins, rapid injection speed and high injection osmotic pressure. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, patient disease, intravenous injection rate, and high osmotic pressure were the significant influencing factors for contrast agent leakage. In addition, the leakage degree of scalp needle was higher than closed indwelling needle (P<0.05).Nurses observe the venipuncture process, accurately select the venipuncture vein, and use the high-pressure syringe properly, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of contrast agent leakage.
