Due to its high sensitivity, high accuracy, strong resolving power, convenient and flexible reproduction, storage and transmission, digital holography technology has been widely used in the measurement of micro-nano structures and biological cells. However, the recording of digital holograms is affected by factors such as limited apertures, and the reconstructed image will produce some edge errors that resemble ripples, resulting in the degradation of image quality and insufficient utilization of CCD field of view. Based on the digital holographic theory, this paper firstly analyzes the causes of errors, and discusses in detail the numerical parameters that affect edge errors. On this basis, a period continuation iterative method is proposed to preprocess the hologram and use the mean square difference of images to evaluate the iteration results. Through computer simulation and experiments, the results show that this method can significantly reduce edge errors and improve the quality of the reproduced image.

Four spirooxazine compounds were synthesized, and their structures were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, and ESI-MS. The effects of different substituents on the nitrogen atom of the indole ring and the 9'-position of the oxazine ring and the solvation effect on the photochromic properties were studied. The results show that the bulky group on the indole nitrogen atom has no significant effect on the maximum absorption wavelength, but it is beneficial to the stability of the PMC and the introduction of bromine atoms can reduce the light responsiveness of spirooxazine. The electron-donating group at the 9'-position of the oxazine ring can reduce the stability of the PMC. Moreover, the fading process of the spirooxazine conforms to the first-order kinetic equation. In aprotic solvents, the λmax of PMC is positively correlated with solvent polarity. The addition of organic acid can increase the thermal stability of the PMC.

The value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound parameters in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules was explored. Forty patients with thyroid cancer were selected as the observation group and 42 patients with benign thyroid nodules were selected as the control group. The parameters of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in patients with different N and T stages were compared between the two groups, and the data were statistically analyzed. The comparison of nodule morphology, boundary, echo and calcification ultrasound signs between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The A/TC, A/TL, TI-RADS classification scores, PSV, RI, and Adler blood flow classification scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The AUC of each parameter combined diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules was 0.902. The AUC of diagnosis N1 staging was 0.879, and the AUC of diagnosis Ⅲ+Ⅳ staging was 0.915. All of which were greater than any single parameter (P<0.05). It can be seen that the combination of high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound to observe the signs of thyroid nodules and A/TC, A/TL, TI-RADS grades, PSV, RI, and Adler grades can diagnose the nature of nodules. It can also assess the preoperative tumor 190stage of patients with malignant nodules, and provide a quantitative reference for clinical treatment and decision-making.

The aim of this study was to analyze the clinical characteristics and correlation between rotator cuff injury and long head of the biceps brachii tendinopathy by ultrasonography. The diagnostic consistency between the results of preoperative shoulder ultrasound examination and the results of shoulder arthroscopy in 32 patients was tested. The differences of LHBT between two groups were compared and analyzed. The correlation between the type and incidence of LHBT and the range of rotator cuff tear was also analyzed. The results of preoperative shoulder ultrasound examination and arthroscopic surgery were moderately high in diagnostic consistency. LHBT types showed no significant difference among different tear types of rotator cuff, while LHBT 197subluxation showed significant difference among groups. There was no significant correlation between LHBT type and the tear range of rotator cuff. With the increase of tear range, the total incidence of LHBT increased. In conclusion, LHBT are correlated with rotator cuff injury. Early diagnosis and repair of rotator cuff injury will prevent further deterioration of LHBT.

In this paper, we investigate the correlation between bone mineral density (BMD) gotten by lumbar quantitative computed tomography (QCT) with fat fraction (FF), lipid water ratio (LWR) and signal intensity ratio (SIR). Moreover, we assessed the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) and in-phase (IP)/opposed-phase (OP) sequence on lumbar osteopenia and osteoporosis. The results of 120 patients who underwent lumbar QCT and MRI examinations due to lumbago and leg pain were analyzed retrospectively. According to the BMD classification criteria of QCT, the patients were divided into three groups including the normal group, osteopenia group and osteoporosis group. MRI examination included MRS and dual-echo IP/OP sequence, and the FF, LWR and IP/OP SIR of 2-4 lumbar vertebras were measured. Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlations among FF, LWR, SIR and BMD. One-way analysis of variance was used to compare the differences of FF, LWR, SIR among the three groups. Results showed that the FF, LWR and SIR were negatively correlated with BMD which detected by QCT. FF and LWR were positively correlated with SIR. Significant differences of FF, LWR, SIR and 202 BMD were found among three groups. As a conclusion, MRS and IP/OP sequence indirectly reflect the bone metabolism by detecting bone marrow adipose without invasiveness and radiation.

Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) were selected and divided into mild degeneration group, moderate degeneration group, and severe degeneration group.MRI examinations were performed. The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) parameters in the 3 groups were compared, including the T2 values in the nucleus pulposus (NP) area and the annulus fibrous (AF) area. After testing and comparing, it was found that there were significant differences in the T2 values in the NP and AF areas of the three groups of MRI parameters, and they were positively correlated with the lumbar spine function score (JOA), and negatively correlated with the lumbar pain score (VAS) (P<0.05). The AUC of the combined identification of the T2 value of the NP area and the AF area for the mild to moderate, moderate to severe disc degeneration was greater than that of the single identification of each index, with higher evaluation efficiency. Therefore, MRI parameters have good value in evaluating the degree of intervertebral disc degeneration in LDH patients, which can provide an important reference for clinically clarifying the patient's condition.

In order to analyze the diagnostic value of MRI-related quantitative parameters for SIS and the relationship with shoulder joint function and treatment effect, 56 SIS patients in our hospital were set as the SIS group, and 56 healthy subjects in the same period were set as the control group. The general data and the shoulder joint function score (Constant) were compared between the two groups, as well as the level of MRI quantitative parameters. And the relationship between the MRI quantitative parameters and the Constant score, the incidence of SIS, the treatment effect and the diagnostic value of SIS in patients of SIS were discussed. The results showed that the Constant score and the shortest shoulder-brachial distance of the SIS group were lower than those of the control group. And the acromion index and the height of acromioclavicular joint osteophytes were higher than those of the control group. Moreover, the acromion index and the height of acromioclavicular joint osteophytes of the effective patients in the 213SIS group were lower than those in the ineffective patients. And the shortest shoulder-brachial distance was higher than that in the ineffective patients (P<0.05). All MRI quantitative parameters were important factors influencing the onset of SIS (P<0.05). The specificity of the combined diagnosis of SIS by the MRI quantitative parameters was 87.50%, and the sensitivity was 80.36%. The results show that MRI quantitative parameters are of high value in the diagnosis of SIS, and are related to shoulder joint function and treatment effects.

A total of 86 patients with lung cancer were retrospectively selected as the lung cancer group, and 86 patients with benign pulmonary nodules as the control group during the same period. Dual-source CT dual energy, serum miR-126, miR-204 levels were detected in all patients. It was found that the normalized iodine concentration (NIC) in the venous phase, NIC in the arterial phase, serum miR-204, miR-126 levels were abnormally expressed in the lung cancer group, and there was a certain correlation with the pathological type, clinical stage, and lymph node metastasis of the lung cancer group. The combination of the three had certain diagnostic value for lung cancer. At the same time, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the survival rate of patients with high levels of NIC in the venous phase and arterial phase in the lung cancer group was lower than that of patients with low levels. The survival rates of patients with high levels of serum miR-126 and miR-204 were higher than those with low levels (P<0.05). It can be seen that the early combined diagnosis of dual-source CT dual-energy, serum miR-126, and miR-204 can provide evidence-based guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment and prognosis evaluation.

In this research, 96 children with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) in our hospital were selected as the research group, and 96 healthy children were randomly selected as the control group to conduct a prospective cohort study. The ultrasound carotid parameters were detected, as well as serum soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (sTREM-1) and soluble urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (suPAR) levels, on which comparative analysis was performed. It was found that the carotid intima-media thickness (cIMT), mean wall cross-sectional area (WCSA), serum sTREM-1 and suPAR levels of the study 240 group were higher than those of the control group. And the degree of vascular wall motion (△D) was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between TG, TC, urine NAG, β2-MG, 24h Upro and cIMT, WCSA, serum sTREM-1, suPAR levels in children with PNS, and a negative correlation between TG, TC, urine NAG, β2-MG, 24h Upro and △D (P<0.05). With the increase of cIMT, WCSA, serum sTREM-1, suPAR levels and the decrease of △D, the risk of PNS gradually increased (P<0.05). The area under the curve (AUC) was 0.914, which combined cIMT, △D, WCSA, serum sTREM-1 and suPAR to predict acute kidney injury in children with PNS. Based on these results, it is suggested that the cIMT, WCSA and the expression levels of serum sTREM-1 and suPAR in children with PNS are significantly increased, and △D is abnormally decreased, which has a significant correlation with the increase of blood lipids and decreased renal function in children.

Sixty patients with lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) were selected as the research group, and 60 healthy patients during the same period were selected as the control group. The diagnostic value of CT examination parameters in LSS and the correlation with the curative effect and the improvement of lumbar function were explored. The results showed that the spinal canal area, dural sac area, spinal sagittal diameter, spinal transverse diameter, lateral recess sagittal diameter, and lateral recess angle of the research group were smaller than those of the control group (P<0.05). The AUC value of CT parameters in the combined diagnosis of LSS was greater than that of any parameter alone. The spinal canal area, dural sac area, spinal sagittal diameter, lateral recess sagittal diameter and lateral recess angle of patients with excellent curative effect 3 months after the operation were larger than those before treatment and non-excellent patients (P<0.05). After partial correlation analysis, CT examination parameters were still significantly related to the efficacy (P<0.05). It shows that the efficacy of LSS and the improvement of lumbar spine function are closely related to the spinal canal area, dural sac area and spinal sagittal diameter. CT examination is of great significance in guiding the clinical improvement of the surgical plan.

A total of 83 patients with complex anal fistula in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 80 healthy patients were selected as the control group during the same period. All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging-diffusion weighted imaging (MRI-DWI) examination. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value and perianal disease activity index (PDAI) of the two groups were counted. The results showed that ADC value was negatively correlated with the score of abnormal perianal excretion, as well as the scores of complicated perianal type and perianal induration (P<0.05). The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of ADC in the diagnosis of complex anal fistula was 0.826, and the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 85.54% and 66.25%, respectively. It can be seen that there is a certain correlation between ADC value and perianal disease activity, efficacy and perianal function in patients with complex anal fistula. Early use of MRI-DWI technology can provide auxiliary imaging methods for the diagnosis and treatment of complex anal fistulas, as well as for the judgment of disease severity and prognosis evaluation.

The expressions of miR-1260b, miR-135a-3p, miR-299-3p, miR-3175 in lavage fluid were detected, as well as the expression of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and neuron-specific enolase (NSE). The miR-1260b of the peripheral 273group was lower than that of the central group, and the miR-135a-3p and miR-3175 were higher than that of the central group (P<0.05). miR-1260b, miR-135a-3p, miR-3175 were related to CEA and NSE, and significantly related to PLC (P<0.05). The AUC of miR-1260b and miR-135a-3p combined diagnosis of PLC was higher than that of single diagnosis. The combined diagnosis efficiency of miR-1260b, miR-135a-3p, miR-299-3p, and miR-3175 was higher than any single one. Therefore, it can be seen that miR-1260b, miR-135a-3p, and miR-3175 in the lavage fluid of virtual navigation ultrasound bronchoscope for PLC and CLC patients are differentially expressed. Combined detection is of great value for the diagnosis of PLC. In addition, the combined detection of miR-1260b, miR-135a-3p, miR-299-3p, and miR-3175 can predict PLC metastasis and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of colonoscopy in evaluating the diameter and number of lesions combined with carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 242 (CA242) in the identification of colo-rectal polyps and cancer. From January 2018 to January 2020, 212 patients with colo-rectal cancer were selected as the observation group, and 100 patients with colo-rectal polyps during the same period were selected as the control group. The clinical data, the diameter of the lesion, the number of lesions, the expression of CEA and CA242 were compared between the two groups. It was found that after controlling for factors such as age and family history, lesion diameter, number of lesions, adenomatous lesions, CEA and CA242 expression were still significantly correlated with colo-rectal cancer (P<0.05). The AUC of the combined differential diagnosis of colo-rectal cancer was 0.870, which was greater than any single index (P<0.05). Therefore, the diameter, number of lesions and pathological types of colonoscopy are related to the expression levels of CEA and CA242, which are related factors in the incidence of colo-rectal cancer. The combined detection of various indicators is expected to provide a new method for the diagnosis and differentiation of colo-rectal polyps and cancer.

In this research, 82 patients with breast cancer (BC) in our hospital were selected as the study group. And 82 patients with benign breast tumors during the same period were selected as the control group. The diagnostic value of ultrasound parameters combined with serum osteopontin (OPN) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) on BC were explored, as well as the correlation with the pathological characteristics of BC. The results showed that the levels of RI, PI, serum OPN and IL-1β in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). PI, RI, serum OPN, IL-1β levels were positively correlated with clinical stage, tumor diameter and distant metastasis (P<0.05). PI, RI, OPN, IL-1β in the patients with good prognosis were lower than those with poor prognosis (P<0.05). The AUC of ultrasound parameters combined with serum OPN and IL-1β to diagnose BC was 0.900, and the AUC for predicting prognosis was 0.875. It shows that there are abnormalities in ultrasound parameters and serum OPN and IL-1β levels in BC patients, and the degree of abnormality is closely related to the pathological characteristics of the disease. The ultrasound parameters and the levels of related serum factors can be used to identify breast lesions to guide clinical treatment plans.

A total of 708 patients who underwent head and neck cardiovascular CTA one-stop scan were selected in our hospital. The relationship between heart rate fluctuations and the image quality, radiation dose and the optimal heart rate range of the patients in one-stop scan of the head and neck cardiovascular CT angiography (CTA) was discussed. It was found that the heart rate was positively correlated with a subjective score (P<0.05). Within the heart rate range of groups A to B, ED and CTDIvol showed an increasing trend, group B to group F showed a decreasing trend. From the heart rate range of group B, heart rate and ED were negatively correlated (P<0.05). According to the heart rate range of group D, the ROC curve was drawn to predict the excellent image quality of the head and neck cardiovascular CTA one-stop scan, and the AUC value was 0.746.The image quality and radiation dose of the head and neck cardiovascular CTA one-stop scan can get the best combination point when the heart rate is in the range of 86-95 beats/min. The clinic can predict the image quality through early detection of heart rate and improve the intervention strategy to ensure the best image.

A total of 30 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients with enlarged hematoma were selected as hematoma enlargement group, and 30 patients of cerebral hemorrhage without hematoma enlargement were selected as non-hematoma enlargement group. All patients were examined by CT. Logistic regression equation was used to analyze the related influencing factors of hematoma enlargement. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to analyze the efficacy of cerebral hemorrhage signs in predicting hematoma enlargement and softening, as well as hematoma volume and high-low density difference. The results showed that the volume of newly diagnosed hematoma and the difference between high and low density were significantly related to the increase of hematoma (P<0.05). The confounding sign was combined with lobular sign, black hole sign, irregular hematoma, the volume of the newly diagnosed hematoma and the high-low density difference to predict the hematoma enlargement and softening. The AUC values were higher than those predicted by any single parameter. The results of this study can confirm that CT features are closely related to hematoma enlargement and softening, which including the confounding sign, lobular sign, black hole sign, irregular hematoma, newly diagnosed hematoma volume and high-low density difference. The combined detection has high predictive value, which is convenient to guide the clinical treatment plan.

This study is to analyze the evaluation of CT imaging and clinical related factors of cardiac structure and function after coronary artery bypass grafting. 46 patients with coronary heart disease were included in the study. These patients underwent coronary artery bypass grafting. The improvement of EDV, ESV, SV and EF were observed by dual source CTA before and after operation, and these patients were divided into improved group and unimproved group. Gender, age, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, smoking rate, TC, TG, HDL-C, coronary stenosis and systolic wall thickening rate of lesion segments were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the proportion of diabetes and coronary artery stenosis in the EF unimproved group was higher than that in the improved group, but the ventricular wall thickening rate was lower than that in the improved group (P<0.05). The improvement of EF was negatively correlated with diabetes and coronary stenosis (P<0.05), and positively correlated with the systolic wall thickening rate of lesion segments (P<0.05), and the improvement of ESV was negatively correlated with TC and TG (P<0.05). Thus, the improvement of EF is related to diabetes, coronary artery stenosis and the systolic wall thickening rate of lesion segments. The improvement of ESV is related to TC and TG.

The purpose of this study is to explore the value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography enterography (CTE) in the diagnosis and evaluation of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). A total of 150 patients with clinically suspected IBD were included in the study, and 102 of them were clinically confirmed. The clinical diagnosis value of CTE for IBD was analyzed. Compared with the results of colonoscopy, the accuracy of positioning the diseased bowel segment was analyzed. In patients with Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), the intestinal wall thickened, abnormally strengthened, stenosis and mesenteric vascular proliferation was more common than ordinary enteritis, of which the intestinal wall was abnormally strengthened and thickening of the intestinal wall had high diagnostic efficiency for IBD.CTE and colonoscopy had a high consistency in the detection of CD and UC lesions (P<0.001).The CTE showed that thick intestinal wall, stratified enhancement, and mesenteric vascular proliferation was more common in the active stage patients (P<0.05). CTE has good diagnostic value for IBD, can accurately locate the diseased intestinal segment, and has good clinical value for the evaluation of CD activity.

The clinical value of computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and the combined testing in assessment of left ventricular function in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) is discussed in this article. 93 patients with known CAD were enrolled, all these patients had been scanned with cardiac MDCT and MRI. End-diastolic volume (EDV), end-systolic volume (ESV), stroke volume (SV) and ejection fraction (EF) were calculated. Among these patients,21 had angina and 72 had myocardial infarction. Patients with myocardial infarction were graded using Killip classification according to clinical symptoms and physical examination, and the differences in CT and MRI assessment of cardiac function between different levels were analyzed. The results showed that there were strong correlations between MDCT and CMR results, and there was a high consistency in the assessment of left ventricular function. MDCT and CMRI have a high value of diagnostic in CAD patients with left heart impaired (AUC>0.79), and the diagnostic accuracy of the parallel test for CAD patients with impaired cardiac function was nearly 80%. MDCT and CMRI have a high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in diagnosing patients with left heart impaired.

This article aims to explore the application value of 3D LAVA-FLEX sequence in enhanced MR scanning of laryngeal carcinoma and hypopharyngeal carcinoma. There were 40 patients who were clinically diagnosed laryngeal cancer and hypopharyngeal cancer. They were performed enhanced MRI scans to analyze and evaluate the images obtained by the two methods, using 2D IDEAL T1WI sequence and 3D LAVA-FLEX sequence, respectively. The results showed that all patients completed IDEAL T1WI and 3D LAVA-FLEX sequence enhancement examination. 3D LAVA-FLEX was better than IDEAL T1WI sequence in terms of motion artifact and flow artifact control (P<0.001). The difference of tumor display effect between 3D LAVA-FLEX and IDEAL T1WI is not statistically significant. The two sequences both have good display effects. It is concluded that the 3D LAVA-FLEX sequence can provide satisfactory image quality and less scanning time for enhanced scanning of head and neck tumors.
