Abstract: Two different core complexes: APCR and APC were isolated from phycobilisome(PBS)of spirulia platensis, and were characterizated their structure and spectra with respect to absorption, second derivative spectra and fluorecence spectra. Then discussed the effects of severial linker polipeptides(L29.5,LC8.9 and LCM)on the structuer and function of these two supermolecular complexes, the sedimentation constants of which are 36S and 16S respectively.
