米氏酮和二苯基碘 盐光产酸体系及其在印刷版材中的应用研究

STUDY OF PHOTOGENERATING ACID SYSTEM OF 4,4’- (N,N-DIMETHYLAMINO) BENZOPHENONE AND DIPHENYLIODONIUM SALT AND APPLICATION TO PRINTING PLATE

摘要: 在高压汞灯的照射下,4,4’-二(N,N’-二甲基氨基)苯甲酮(米氏酮)与六氟磷酸二苯基碘盐可以有效地发生电子转移反应,产生的强酸能够有效地催化六甲氧基次甲基三聚氰胺(HMMM)与间甲酚树脂之间的交联反应.这个体系在作为印刷版材研究中获得了很好的结果.版材的分辨率可达到7μm,网点的再现性为2%.同时研究了对版材性能产生影响的其它一些因素.

Abstract: An efficient electron transfer process processded between 4,4’-bis(N,N’-dimethylamino) benzophenone(MK) and diphenyliodonium hexafluorophosphate when they were irradiated by high pressure Hg lamp, and the produced acid can catalyze the cross linking reaction between HMMM and the m cresol resin. Excellent results were obtained in making printing plate using this system. The resolution of the plate can reach 7μm and the halftone dot repetition was 2%. Also, the influence of some factors on the plate was investigated carefully.
