Abstract: The dose of iatrogenic ionizing radiation suffered in the process of medical image shooting may induce cancer. How to accurately estimate the dose rate and reduce the technical error of iatrogenic ionizing radiation, this paper proposes a research method of dose rate estimation of iatrogenic ionizing radiation and medical biomedical protection. After constructing the survival model of human stem cells, the organ dose was estimated by passive efficiency calibration method combined with conversion coefficient, through the relevant theory of radiation accident dose to combine the available dose to obtain the parameter information required for estimation. The whole body effective dose was estimated by the measured air specific release kinetic energy, and the dose rate of iatrogenic ionizing radiation is quickly estimated. Through the comparison of quality assurance method and statistical method, it is verified whether the hypothetical radiation situation is the same as the actual situation. The experimental results showed that this method can quickly and accurately estimate the dose rate of iatrogenic ionizing radiation, and give the corresponding biomedical protection measures in time.
