Abstract: This article discusses the application value of three-dimensional morphological pre-academic evaluation of cardiac CT angiography (CCTA) in the one-stop treatment of left atrial appendage occlusion catheter ablation. A total of 98 patients with atrial fibrillation were selected. 48 patients underwent preoperative CCTA assessment (CCTA group), and 50 patients underwent transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) assessment (TEE group). The cardiac ultrasound parameters and the success rate of Watchman device implantation were compared between the two groups. The success rate of Watchman device implantation in the CCTA group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the TEE group (P<0.05), while the operation time and X-ray exposure time were significantly shorter than those in the TEE group (P<0.05). The difference between the actual and predicted size of the occluder in the CCTA group was significantly lower than that in the TEE group (P<0.05). The predicted size of the occluder in the CCTA group was positively correlated with the actual size of the occluder, and the consistency was high (P<0.05). The pre-academic assessment of CCTA three-dimensional morphology has good application value in the one-stop treatment of left atrial appendage occlusion catheter ablation, which is beneficial to the successful implantation of the occluder and shortens the operation time and X-ray exposure time.
