Abstract: Some basic requirements and photo-discharge characteristics of Se-based photore-ceptor and the experimental techniques of photo-discharge are presented in the present paper.An equivalent circuit model of Se-based photoreceptor is proposed with consideration of "Residul Potential".The theoretical calculation is compared with experimental results.Finally, some applications of this model are discussed.
