PHOTO ELECTROCHEMICAL PROPERTY STUDY OF THEDOPED TiO2 FILMS PREPARED BY SOL-GEL PROCESS

Abstract: It is reported in this paper that the TiO2 films doped Zn2+, Cd2+,Al3+, Ni2+, Fe3+ and Cr3+ ions were prepared by sol-gel process. Photoelectrochemical properties of these filmswere studied and the characteristics of their absorption spectra and diffuse reflectance in-frared spectra (DRIFTS) were also analysed.
